Fog Horn Tasting Room (WINE, OLIVE OIL & BALSAMIC VINEGARS) — Restaurant in Port Angeles

I don't think I've ever visited a place like this. John and Mercedes were the most authentic people i've met. I truly enjoyed spending time with them, talking about anything, and getting the chance to know them. I felt like I could spend forever in there sharing stories and enjoying good food and fantastic local wine! This place seemed different from the rest, not a shop that gives you typical service. Certainly a more human and inviting place; these two felt like home, and I couldn't ask for more.

I want to go there again sometime, hopefully soon!

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! My husband and I had the most amazing afternoon at foghorn olive oil bistro and left with amazing balsamic vinegars, life changing hoagies, and memories that will truly last us a life time! We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to tell everyone that we run into that they have to go and chat with John and his incredible group of friends, family, and customers at foghorn! Being from Hawaii, I was thrilled when I found the Kaimana Lychee white balsamic vinegar at Fog Horn last week. I bought it as a Christmas present for my son, but I will be purchasing my own bottle! I used it on my waffles this morning. I plan on using it to flavor cookies, making a coffee syrup, a pancake syrup, to flavor cocktails and whip cream and most of all over vanilla ice cream.
