tried using BKING APP for the 1st time ... location needed CLEANING @ drink station & @ eating tables & in bathrooms ... but a ton of parking very convenient location LOVED UTILIZING APP & foodies compared to all other Fast Food Eateries 5* could not have been better!! TYTY TO ALL @ this Burger King location for everything ur getting right!! :) we hadn't planned to eat out today ~ dr appts ran late we didn't have time to run home before another appt so this impromptu BKING DINE-IN 1st experience using the APP was such an enjoyable lunch out for hubbie & me ... 5* FOODIES @ 5* inexpensive pricing utilizing App

........ not sure if clerk whom helped us when we 1st arrived is a mngr? or not? ... she wanted all to believe "she" was the "boss lady in charge" ?? ha
we both agreed she should NOT be the person out front @ tills nor refilling tea supplies etc ... she was hyper! agitated! almost aggressive in her attitudes towards us & other customers and absolutely NOT a team player towards her co-workers she seems very frustrated with ??
honestly everyone has bad moments but this BKING representative did NOT show u all in a good light ie: she complained loudly that some customers just were wrong & she blamed!! her coworkers when certain things were going wrong
None of her comments needed to be said "in public" ... wouldn't have mentioned but we did dine in for an hr or so & witnessed how time & again she offended her co-workers & customers w/her harsh accusatory attitudes ... really not a good look as the person up front and as the Face of this Burger King location just sayin'
we're huge! BKing fans we typically always do drive-thru perhaps this was a reminder of why! we do drive-thrus over dine-ins
so we can enjoy our lunches in PEACE !! just sayin' when u can go anywhere to eat out choosing a place w/a clerk as we witnessed today would never get our repeat biz

Read moreWorst customer service I've ever received from a Burger King! First off, my order was taken in Drive-Thru, then because of an issue with an order up front, we waited 20 minutes in line. I got out of my vehicle (since no one was moving), and I asked if this was an isolated issue or if this was going to be an issue with every vehicle. The clerk up front completely ignored me both times I asked her. In her slight defense, she was coordinating an order from the vehicle stuck in Drive-Thru. But still, that's no excuse to completely ignore a customer. Then another employee walked up and explained they were just having an issue with the current order. I witnessed the first clerk take the credit card from the vehicle up front. I asked at that point if they would just take my card really quick to pay for the order, but they said they could not have people pay out of order. I understood that, so I went back to my vehicle and waited until we finally moved ahead. When we finally got to the window, approximately 30 minutes went by. I went to offer my card, and the lady said they are no longer taking cards, and it was cash only. I was furious! Not only did my 9-year-old son wait 30 minutes in line with me to eat, but they refused my payment! They KNEW I was just in there to pay, and they said I would have to reorder inside to pay by card, EVEN THOUGH THEY DID IT FOR THE EARLIER CUSTOMER!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Read moreI came in here last Monday to begin my experience as soon as I got out of my car, I was hit with the strong odor of marijuana. When I looked to my left I seen two Burger King employees smoking what I believe to be a blunt, but I still went inside and proceeded to order my food the lady at the front counter wasn’t very nice and had an attitude with me the whole time I was trying to order then I asked for an ice cream cone that I would come and get later for my Son, after we finished our food, they proceeded to tell me that there was no ice cream available so when I made the joke, what did all the high people in the building eat it I got scolded by the lady bagging the food. I then proceeded to ask her name so I could leave a review and she told me it was Shayla and she was the manager. Overall, my experience with this establishment was horrible. It would’ve made me feel like I was in the ghetto with how dirty the place was horrible acting the staff were and the way they just thought it was OK to smoke marijuana in the front of the building. And On top of that, I believe Burger King was supposed to be a fast food chain hint in the word fast food but it took me over 10 minutes to get my hamburger and my kids meal and it was cold at that Would not recommend eating here ever and whoever is in charge needs to have a serious conversation with somebody.
