We went in, sheepishly, at 9:45pm- very close to closing time. The friendly workers - two young ladies- were busy at their jobs cleaning the glass doors and waiting on another customer respectively. There was a new blizzard flavor, the chocolate Reese’s, so I decided to give it a go: it was the BEST blizzard I have had in a LONG time. My husband enjoyed his typical Oreo blizzard, and he also commented on the spotlessness of the bathroom. (We had experienced quite the opposite in door and restroom cleanliness at our choice of restaurants for supper that evening, so the pristine state of this DQ really stood out to us. Tonight I went up there and ordered the same thing, got home and as we were eating them, both my husband and I noticed that there was no cheesecake anywhere in the blizzard, just strawberries and graham cracker crunch. I even poured into a bowl to make sure I called up to let them know and the girl that answered tells me that she watched the other girl placed the cheesecake in the ice cream (false ~ since her back was turned and helping another customer) and that the cheesecake blends into the ice cream and the chunks are no longer there (??) just...

I order mine but instead of vanilla ice cream I like mine to be made with chocolate ice cream the girl hands me mine I look it’s made with vanilla which I get people make mistakes but when the consumer clearly asks for chocolate ice cream and it’s on the receipt and the screen be a little more diligent paying attention instead of dancing around goofing off.
