Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Port Huron Charter Township

Called in an order this afternoon just after 3:30pm, so not during a busy time. The woman who answered the phone had an attitude and harsh tone when answering. I asked to place a carry out order and she slammed the phone down, hanging up on me. I called back and the same rude woman answered asking me about my phone number, also with an attitude and very harsh tone. I felt as though I had done something wrong and thought maybe my number used to belong to someone with whom she had an altercation of some kind. I placed my carry out order to be picked up via the drive through. I asked for no tomatoes, got tomatoes, asked for my sandwich and pickle to be cut in half because I wanted to share both with my boyfriend, neither were cut. So to top it off she thought that it would be appropriate to cavort with my boyfriend when the order was picked up and furthered her inappropriate behavior with her negativity and complaints. She was obviously too busy trying to sell herself with her unbecoming mix of hoodrat/damsel in distress to make sure my order was correct. I would have given 1 star but have had good service and good food before from this location and am hoping this was an isolated incident, but if I ever call again and the same degenerate answers, I'll be the one hanging up, permanently. From the reviews here, it appears my complaint is a common one. THIS LOCATION'S NIGHT SHIFT EMPLOYEES CLOSE ONE HOUR BEFORE their scheduled closing time!!! I'm from out of town and searched on Google at 8:50pm to find a Jimmie Johns nearby. 24th Street location showed open till 10pm. Pulled in parking lot, at 9:12pm, got out of car to walk to door, and male employee came from rear of parking lot, where an older model blue or gray Lincoln Town car was parked. Said "I'm sorry, we just closed at 9pm". (!?!) This is obviously NOT the first time it's happened, but if you're going to advertise your hours on Google, then please honor those times. The owner of this Franchise needs to find closing employees/shift managers that will keep this establishment open as stated. When I was a fast food GM, if one of my employees or mgrs closed my business before the scheduled time, they were written up or fired. If you aren't doing the sales to warrant staying open past 9, then adjust your online hrs. People rely on your Google ad listing, AND the reviews I might add, to decide where to eat. Placed an order at this location through the app in May. When I went to pick up the order, the store told me they were closed (even though they were supposed to be open for almost another hour) and would not be making my order. I said ok and just asked how to get my money back since I had already been charged for the food I would not receiving. Was told that my order would be voided out. I never saw a refund. I had talked to the store a few times after trying to resolve the issue and nothing ever got fixed. After that, I have attempted talking to customer service multiple times since and have STILL not received my money back for food I never got.
