Ordered online only to get to restaurant and pull up to drive thru for no one to help me at the speaker ..pulled around to the window and sat there for 5 mins even called inside and no one answered the phone .finally wrong the bell and the guy comes over .i asked was the driver thru not working and he says sometimes it doesn’t .Told him I was picking up an online order and he comes back to the window to tell me that the we out of spicy wings so he would give me regular.i told him to just give me a refund on the extra wing I purchased cause I didn’t want a regular wing . He brings me back my food and I ask him did he completely the refund .He goes to tell me he can’t issue a refund cause he doesn’t know how ..I asked to speak to a manager he said one wasn’t available so I asked for the manager name and number because as I told him I’m a General Manager myself . He goes away but the window doesn’t close all the way so I hear him on the phone talking to someone ..He then comes back and says he was going to make me the two wings and if I could pull to the front he’ll bring it out …Waited another 7 mins are more for wings that I told him I would wait for him to cook and he said they didn’t have .. didn’t enjoy my dinner at all I will...
Read moreWould NEVER go back. When we arrived to the restaurant, the cashier was on her cell phone and continued her conversation while we stood and waited. Once she finished her call she asked “are you ready to order?”-as if we were inconveniencing her. We placed our order but not after trying to help her figure out which “spicy tender meal” we wanted. When we received our order the spicy tenders (along with other items from the meal) were missing and the cashier began to argue with us that she already put them on our tray. They may have been invisible tenders because they were clearly missing from our tray. We had our receipt in hand and was pointing to the items on our tray. But she continued to argue that she already had given it to us. When we asked to speak to a manager she said the manager was on vacation. We then asked for her name and she said today was her last day so it didn’t matter!! And all the while the other employees just ignored what was going on. No one else came up front to see how they might be able to help. This establishment has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never again. I’m glad I was only visiting...

He said ( what do you want to order?). We ordered the 10 PC. Legs and Thighs. He said they were SOLD OUT! So we ordered a family size Fried Okra. Sat waiting on our total and he couldn't even give us our total. We waited in line for 15 minutes. There was only one vehicle at the window. We ended up baciing out.
