Been here lots of times over the last several years. Service is usually good, drinks are never made the same. Today was pretty awful. Had a free drink coupon so stopped by to use it before it expires. They didn't ask if I wanted sugar or whipped cream on my drink and I forgot to ask. Got to the window and 2 employees were arguing while the drive thru window was open .... ok, arguments happen. Then, one of the women (with red hair) reached into her pants, behind her underwear, to scratch the top of her butt. Then, she promptly started making more drinks. Next, I had asked for whip cream on my drink since they and I forgot to ask previously, and the MANAGER starts complaining about my asking after the original order, while I'm at the window, and the drive thru window is still open. Extremely unprofessional. However, I decided to tell the girl at the front about the butt scratching. Apparently this is a normal thing that is not strange or disgusting according to the expression on this employee's face. C'est la vie... Won't be using this location anymore. More people should stand up for good customer service, maybe then we'd...

I only get chocolate cream filled doughnuts when I go to Dunkin' Donuts. They literally had a tiny amount of cream in each doughnut. Which is ridiculous because I have been ordering them for many years and I know how much cream should be in them. The owner, Pat Barnett, is an elderly woman who was disrespectful and was quite greedy towards me. She told me I cannot have a refund (I never even asked for one, I just said there wasn't enough cream in them) and that she is following Dunkin' brands policy so no more cream will be in the doughnuts. She basically did nothing in this situation. I paid $1 for each doughnut that was basically a small bread roll. Bread rolls aren't worth $1 each, they come free when you go to a sit-down restaurant. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I am hoping people stay away from any Dunkin' Donuts that she owns. She also owns the Dunkin' Donuts on S. Nova Rd. in Daytona Beach, FL.
Everyone reading this, PLEASE speak up when you aren't satisfied. Dunkin' Donuts has enough money to satisfy...
Read moreI placed a mobile order for 3 orders of Munchkins, with each order containing 3 pieces — totaling 9 Munchkins. However, I only received 3 pieces. I showed my order confirmation to the employee at the drive-thru, clearly stating I ordered 3 sets, but she insisted I only ordered 3 Munchkins total.
She claimed the mobile app order was incorrect and argued that I paid $1.29 per piece, which is not accurate — the app clearly lists it as $1.29 per 3-count. I was charged $3.87, which aligns with what I ordered: 3 orders of 3-count Munchkins.
Another employee came to speak with me, and when I asked how much a single Munchkin costs if ordered in person, he told me $0.69 each — which further proves that the employee misunderstood the pricing on the mobile app.
The entire situation was frustrating and made me feel unheard and uncomfortable. The order was clear, yet the staff chose to argue rather than listen or check carefully. I strongly suggest better training on customer service and mobile order handling. This experience was disappointing...
