Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Port Orange

Staff is rude and disrespectful, stay away from here unless you are desperate.

I came to this location to use a free sub card that states "Have a Sandwich on Us" and "This card is good for one free sub" after ordering online only to be told the card is not valid for the sub I ordered, it is only for Classic Subs, even though it does not specify on the card. Instead of honoring the card, they threw the sub away. Spoke to General Manager the next day who agreed to honor the card for the sub I ordered but when I went to pick it up, the same employee from the previous day again refused to honor it until I showed him the e-mail from the General Manager, to which his response was "Fine, Here"

As I left, there was a mop bucket with dirty water in it sitting on the floor in front of the cashier station which I did not see and tripped over so even safety is not a concern...

We have been going to Jimmy John's for years. Lightly we've had a lot of stale bread even though it's been in the morning. Today my husband ordered online a free sandwich. We went to pick it up and waited and waited and waited and waited because the girl at the window would not look at us or open up her window. After 10 minutes somebody finally opened up the window. And gave us excuses on their service. The sandwich was supposed to be free but it wasn't and they yammered all about the next time get this kind of sandwiches I'll take x amount of money off of it. My husband tell them no more we're going to Subway or we will find another Jimmy John's location we're done with this one I would like to hear from somebody in management to tell us why the young lady at the window who knew we were there did not open up the window and wait on us. She just kept...

We hurried there, but we got there 23 minutes before they close. Nice young man was making my three subs and then the drive-through guy comes over and starts trying to hurry him up and he’s gonna help him and starts handling the sub with no gloves and he’s working the drive-through and I saw him take money And then I said something and then he’s loud and argumentative so I told him just to keep the subs and I wasn’t going to even attempt to get a refund because he was argumentative when I nicely said please I don’t want that sub because you’re making it without any gloves on and you just worked the drive through. So with a 10% tip and $31 then we get to go home with no subs because you couldn’t pay me to eat...
