We came when this restaurant first opened and it was so incredibly slow that we never went back. Now it's been a few years and we decided to try it again, but clearly nothing has changed. I came here with my son around 2:30 PM, so it was definitely not busy at all. There were four other customers in the restaurant either eating or waiting for their order. It took several minutes before someone even acknowledge that we were waiting at the counter, and then as soon as we ordered our two roast beef sandwiches, we were told they're out of roast beef!! So we asked for another minute so we could decide on something else and the person walked away for about 8 minutes. We just stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to come back to take our order. We finally ordered something else and it took 20 minutes to get our food!! No exaggeration! Twenty minutes. Then when we took our tray to the table, we realized they didn't give us any ketchup that we ordered. So we went to the dispenser, but it was broken. So we went to the front counter to ask an employee, but after about 4 minutes, just like earlier, there was nobody there. No one. Not a soul. I finally walked around the counter and grab some ketchup packets myself. And on top of all that, the restaurant was absolutely freezing. It's as if they don't actually want customers there. Horrible service. And Arby's: please don't leave your generic copy and paste response saying you will address it with the restaurant team. You clearly won't. Read moreSo I did my order on the app thinking it would be easier for the restaurant. My email says it'll be ready at this time, so I go inside 5 minutes after the time it says it'll be ready. I get in there and the blonde lady is just spinning in circles, i told her I have an online order to pick up. She tells me she's waiting on some fish so itll be just a bit longer. So I'm patiently waiting and the fish is done and it's just sitting there. She nevers comes back up front and the young man from the drive thru window starts working the front counter too. The blonde lady is now throwing stuff into the fryer like she's all pissed off. While this is happening the young man is serving the drive thru with no problem. My sandwiches have just been sitting there ready to be bagged at this point. Now all the curly fries are gone so I'm waiting for those to be done before I can get my order. After 25 minutes of me standing inside waiting, the young man from the drive thru gets my food all bagged up and handed to me with a smile on his face. They are lucky to have him there! If it wasn't for him I would've walked out with my food probably an hour later. My sandwiches were cold and my fish sandwich was soggy. This location is a joke. I will never come here again. Ordering on the app didn't help them prepare for my order in any way. The blonde lady was acting like she was high on meth. She was also scratching her greasy hair with gloves on her hand then went back to make sandwiches with the same gloves on. This is the worst fast food joint I have ever been to. They did not repeat the order back to me and they did not install a screen to show the order when they built this place less than a year ago. The food I received was good except the milkshake was Not edible. I called and spoke to the person who answered the phone about 6 PM and they were quite nice and said maybe their milkshake machine was not working properly and offered me a fixed ticket. Having lost my appetite I declined. The next morning thinking about my loss of my money and my appetite I call back and ask if they would replace the milkshake with another sandwich which was good the 1st time. The person that answered the phone in the morning was not as nice as the person that I spoke with the previous evening. When I got to the store I wanted to add Another sandwich with the replacement and more Mac and cheese. They wanted to gimme the order and charge me charge me separately for each sandwich which they got wrong the day previous. After waiting 30 minutes with only 5 cars before me in line I Got the sandwiches and the Mac and cheese and the sandwiches were horrible. I asked for extra tartar and there was almost none like they had scraped off what they had already put on. The previous day the lettuce was nice and green and fresh and what they put on the next day was yellow and wilted and disgusting. Did they spit in it too? never ever...
