8/12/2023 Another visit here and still not happy. So why do I return? I do like Arby's and keep hoping.... I was out today and decided I wanted a burger. Having never tried the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger I decided to give it a try. OPen my Arby's app and put my order in. When I arrive at the restaurant and give my name, I was told "actually we are out of burgers", but I could have my choice of any other sandwich but "recommend the brisket". I asked if the sandwich had a decent amount of meat. "Yes a lot" was the answer, so I decided to try. Judge for yourselves in the attached photos. And the meat was tough. Strongly do not recommend this sandwich. And again the sauce dispenser fails. Dried sauce below and only the ketchup working. On the bright side, after at least a couple of months they have repaired the Coke fountain so we can refill our own drinks. Will I return to this Arby's, no. Which is ok since I am moving out of state very soon. Let's hope that I can find an Arby's whose owner takes better care. And then after leaving and looking, the Brisket sandwich cost less than the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. But of course no refund was offered.

Another horrible experience!!!! Started off ordering food from the app. Only to find out haf the options are either unavailable or sold out . After placing the order I went inside only to be told they did not have mozzarella sticks as ordered either. Rather than offering a refund I was originally offered and item at half the cost of the original order. Was told refunds could not be issued from the app. Waited almost 25 min for order to be ready. I have attempted to return to this location multiple times only to be disappointed everytime. Staff /management needs training store needs to be more proactive in inventory management. It's hard to sell items you don't have. I don't want to see this place close due to poor management 😕

Unbelievably slow.. This is by far the slowest place that I've ever been and I'm disappointed. Not only Was I in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes but they were out of half of the things I wanted. Not only that but when I got my order the I order the fries were overcooked to the point where they are almost unedible and the sandwich look like this. The worst! Nobody has any care in what they do anymore.

We came when this restaurant first opened and it was so incredibly slow that we never went back. Now it's been a few years and we decided to try it again, but clearly nothing has changed. I came here with my son around 2:30 PM, so it was definitely not busy at all. There were four other customers in the restaurant either eating or waiting for their order. It took several minutes before someone even acknowledge that we were waiting at the counter, and then as soon as we ordered our two roast beef sandwiches, we were told they're out of roast beef!! So we asked for another minute so we could decide on something else and the person walked away for about 8 minutes. We just stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to come back to take our order. We finally ordered something else and it took 20 minutes to get our food!! No exaggeration! Twenty minutes. Then when we took our tray to the table, we realized they didn't give us any ketchup that we ordered. So we went to the dispenser, but it was broken. So we went to the front counter to ask an employee, but after about 4 minutes, just like earlier, there was nobody there. No one. Not a soul. I finally walked around the counter and grab some ketchup packets myself. And on top of all that, the restaurant was absolutely freezing. It's as if they don't actually want customers there. Horrible service. And Arby's: please don't leave your generic copy and paste response saying you will address it with the restaurant team. You clearly won't. So I did my order on the app thinking it would be easier for the restaurant. My email says it'll be ready at this time, so I go inside 5 minutes after the time it says it'll be ready. I get in there and the blonde lady is just spinning in circles, i told her I have an online order to pick up. She tells me she's waiting on some fish so itll be just a bit longer. So I'm patiently waiting and the fish is done and it's just sitting there. She nevers comes back up front and the young man from the drive thru window starts working the front counter too. The blonde lady is now throwing stuff into the fryer like she's all pissed off. While this is happening the young man is serving the drive thru with no problem. My sandwiches have just been sitting there ready to be bagged at this point. Now all the curly fries are gone so I'm waiting for those to be done before I can get my order. After 25 minutes of me standing inside waiting, the young man from the drive thru gets my food all bagged up and handed to me with a smile on his face. They are lucky to have him there! If it wasn't for him I would've walked out with my food probably an hour later. My sandwiches were cold and my fish sandwich was soggy. This location is a joke. I will never come here again. Ordering on the app didn't help them prepare for my order in any way. The blonde lady was acting like she was high on meth. She was also scratching her greasy hair with gloves on her hand then went back to make sandwiches with the same gloves on. This is the worst fast food joint I have ever been to. Dont waste your time...

My 1st trip through the drive-through they got the order wrong. They did not repeat the order back to me and they did not install a screen to show the order when they built this place less than a year ago. The food I received was good except the milkshake was Not edible. I called and spoke to the person who answered the phone about 6 PM and they were quite nice and said maybe their milkshake machine was not working properly and offered me a fixed ticket. Having lost my appetite I declined. The next morning thinking about my loss of my money and my appetite I call back and ask if they would replace the milkshake with another sandwich which was good the 1st time. The person that answered the phone in the morning was not as nice as the person that I spoke with the previous evening. When I got to the store I wanted to add Another sandwich with the replacement and more Mac and cheese. They wanted to gimme the order and charge me charge me separately for each sandwich which they got wrong the day previous. After waiting 30 minutes with only 5 cars before me in line I Got the sandwiches and the Mac and cheese and the sandwiches were horrible. I asked for extra tartar and there was almost none like they had scraped off what they had already put on. The previous day the lettuce was nice and green and fresh and what they put on the next day was yellow and wilted and disgusting. Did they spit in it too? never ever...
