I first stopped by Gravity Coffee on a whim, and they had a fantastic gift card promotion going on, so I'm glad I did. Unfortunately, sometime in mid-December, every location was out of the peppermint bark syrup they used to make one of their seasonal drinks. Thankfully, they still had what was needed for pumpkin spice and eggnog lattés, but they never got the peppermint stuff back in stock for the season. 😔 (To their credit, they offered to make a minty something or other with creme de menthe instead of the peppermint stuff they were out of.) There's an upcharge for adding a milk substitute, which is annoying, but maybe it's normal at other coffee places and I just haven't noticed. Their prices aren't the most competitive (unless you happen to catch a gift card promotion), and I feel kinda bad for their "gravistas", who have a drafty full-length drive-up door instead of just a window to work through. Regardless, they're a local company, the gravistas have consistently been friendly and accomodating, the drinks are very good (if a little basic sometimes), and I always feel welcome no matter which location I stop by. Solid 4 stars; will keep them in the coffee rotation with Bigfoot Java and other...
Read moreI have a lot of digestion issues at this time and my stomach can't process cane sugar or natural flavors or artificial flavors without them making me sick so I really appreciate that Gravity Coffee has raw organic honey as a sweetener option and they have Assam organic black tea bags as an option which I believe has no unnecessary ingredients or fillers, the reason I gave GC only three stars is because I wish they had a specialty little sister coffee business that had even more options for people with similar health issues for example I can't tolerate dairy but I also can't tolerate any grains at this time, for example even the Pacific original hemp milk is sweetened with rice syrup so I can't have it, I can only use so delicious unsweetened coconut milk but none of the coffee businesses have this milk so I always have to have my tea or coffee black with honey and can never order the...
Read moreHere is the thing…this place is so poorly owned and operated. I have mentioned many times that the number listed is the same number for each store, and it just rings busy. I was having a problem with the app over the summer and had nobody to contact. If you make an online order, and need to make a change, there is not a store phone number. I had to message them on IG in order to share that I had problems with the app, and the number thing. They responded a week or two later, and apologized said they were updating the app. They offered a gift card that never arrived. The app is better but has new problems. Their saving grace is that the staff is AMAZING. All of the baristas I have encountered there have been an absolute joy....
