Mina's Cafe — Restaurant in Port Orchard

We really enjoyed our meals! The service was great and the food was good too. The server and cook happily did a special request. We had the Chicken Terriyaki and Gyoza with spicy fried rice, Beef Bul go ki with green salad and fried rice, and Omelet with hashbrowns. We also had the soft drinks which were average for Pepsi products. The Green Salad is basic but tasty. The Fried Rice was ok, the spicy fried rice was tastier. The Chicken Terriyaki was delicious and very filling, it looked like 2 chicken breasts worth of food. The Gyoza were basic but good. The Omelet substitution with Philly Cheesesteak meat and vegetables wasn't as flavorful as we were expecting. The Hashbrowns were average but a nice level of crispy most restaurants struggle to make. First visit to this wonderful restaurant, and it is on our list of hidden gems that we will be visiting again for sure. It's a great blend between Japanese and American food choices, all at a reasonable price. The food portions are perfect for big appetites too! Service is quick, and friendly even when there were several people here. The seating area is a bit small, could probably only seat 9 parties of 4, but looks like it could handle one large party of 16 if they moved some tables around (would recommend calling ahead if you were to do have a group that large!)
