The Mattress Store — Local services in Port Orchard

My older bed mattress finally gave up the ghost. I went in looking for a bed that would help support me better due to recovering from a back injury and hoping to find a bed that would also help me avoid overheating in the summer.

Lee greeted my mother and I at the door warmly. When I told him what I was looking for in a mattress he took me over to two mattresses. The first mattress was okay, a little firmer then I like. The second mattress felt good and with enough give that it was not uncomfortable, but firm enough that I could move with ease as needed. The mattress did feel cool to the touch, but I don't feel comfortable rating that experience yet until we get to the more hotter season. He was very honest with us about what the store specialized exactly in when my mother inquired about seeking a smaller bed for another family member in the future and I would happily do business with them again in the future.

The price for the mattress I bought was higher than I was comfortable with, but the price is also fair (equal to the manufacturer's price and other stores).

The delivery people who brought the mattress to our home were also very friendly. Offering to bring the mattress all the way to my room. They were very respectful of the property. We paid an extra $20 to have the old mattress taken.

The first night with the new mattress has been good. I have had no experience with memory foam mattresses before, but I woke up with less pain which is a wonderful improvement!

We were in the market for a new mattress after sleeping on a mattress bought online. It was very comfortable at first but soon (less than two years)it wore down and left us feeling sore and tired every morning and I was at my wits end with it. Went to the Mattress Store hoping to find a good mattress that could be delivered that day and that is exactly what we found. We have had our Beautyrest Black (firm) for about a month now and every night feels like we are staying in a high end hotel. We bought a few pillows from The Mattress Store too and sheets and have fallen even deeper in love with our bed. They are so comfortable. The cbd infused pillow smells so good and is so satisfying to sleep on. Tim is very friendly and wasn’t pushy about making a sale. The delivery service team was polite, quick and respectful. They even asked if they should take off their shoes at our door which was thoughtful of them. I was a bit of a skeptic of this store before visiting. Thought the future of mattresses was buying online but after owning a bed from Amazon and at first enjoying it but in a short time, having a terrible sleep experience with it I will never purchase another bed online in my life. Tim gave us an excellent deal too because he had it in stock and didn’t have to order. Another bonus about buying in person. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market and plan on going back when the need...

We wanted to purchase my new mattress through a local store. We felt no pressure and had a great explanation of the different types. Listened to what I liked and didn't like as I enjoy a firm bed due to back issues, but don't want it to feel like a rock. Also, being a fuller figure, I researched online which line would be the best as well and they helped me with that one as the others were all box in beds that you purchase online and that makes me uncomfortable. If I don't like it, what would I do while I wait for another? I would have no bed.

I know Tim was there and another gentleman, whose name escapes me, but both of them were wonderful. Purchased it labor day weekend with a frame and protector (always a good idea 💡).
