Nice waterfront brewery with a great selection of drinks and food. From IPAs to the main entrees we had great time sitting outside listening to their live band. After a certain time they only allow 21+ so make sure to leave the little ones with a babysitter if you decide to check it out. let me know what you think.#yummy #pnw #foodadventures #peninsulabevco

They failed so hard at service and delivery we never ate there. We arrived on Father’s Day around 2pm with our 3 kids. They have a children’s menu online and are advertising “now family friendly”. Their Sunday hours are listed as 8:30am-8pm. Brunch menu shows 8:30am-12. Lunch/dinner shows available after brunch. Upon arrival, there is a please wait to be seated sign. We are left forever (easily 8 minutes or more?) before anyone acknowledges us. She asked if we were all 21. What?! Why?! Our children are 11, 12 & 14. Then she says well we are changing from our brunch to lunch/dinner menu so no food is available for 45 minutes. Rude unapologetic, almost like she really hoped we would turn around and walk out the door which we were happy to do for her. Here is the thing, prior to arrival, we checked the website and if there is any mention of closing between brunch and lunch, I could not find it. (See photos) We recently moved to PO and heard good things but we won’t be back. So genuinely disappointing.

First experience there was awesome. *21+ only!* Update: My boyfriend and I have gone multiple times and I would say 95% it has been absolutely a 10/10 experience. Today we got there right between the brunch and lunch time. They let us know it was going to be a slight longer wait as they were switching over which was fine with us and understandable. We each tried something that we hadn't had before and it was well worth it! I got a vanilla cider mimosa and he got a blueberry cider mimosa (both of which were yummy). For the meals I got the set of 3 Bánh mì tacos (savory, fresh, and crisp) and he got bbq Mac flatbread pizza with cauliflower crust (damn good! Crispy and full of flavor) We shared a toffee cake 🤤🤤🤤 so good Would always recommend this joint. Delicious food/drinks and always nice staff.

Update January 2022:

Went here this morning and we were pretty disappointed. Service was beyond slow with no explanation or apologies, drinks took 15 minutes, the food took 45+ minutes, then came out so cold it must have been sitting unheated for at least 15 minutes. I would have asked for it to be microwaved, but no one came to check on us after getting the food. My husband had to go to the bar multiple times to ask for things we needed, including the check, after sitting and waiting with dirty dishes on the table for 15 minutes after being done eating. The servers didn’t show any effort to hustle and seemed to be behind the bar most of the time. The table next to us was so upset they walked out, and I don’t think they should have yelled at their server but I don’t blame them for being upset. The only nice thing to say is that the mimosa was good and if the food had been warm it would probably have been excellent.

Previous review- winter 2020:

Good service! The food was very slow in arriving, which we didn't mind but could be a problem for some. The Monte Cristo sandwich doesn't come with fruit jam (and they don't have any), which was a new one for me and not a favorite, but the breakfast potatoes and clam chowder soup were both great. Mimosa sampler was good too. We're definitely going back to try some...

I wasn’t there for a long time, just a quick visit—but it was a fun time. Could’ve been a great time if they had been staffed properly and communicated better.

Now let’s talk about that “Chef’s Pick” on the menu… If you’re gonna advertise a special from the kitchen, actually have one. I asked about the chef’s recommendation for dessert and was surprised to find out it wasn’t real—just something left on the menu with no follow-through. That ain’t just confusing, it’s misleading. Either offer it or remove it.

Same goes for the menu awareness. Nobody seemed to know what was available or not, which tells me there’s a breakdown in communication between front and back of house.

Then came the lemon drop. I didn’t complain at the time, but I’m saying it now: • It wasn’t made right. • No fresh lemon garnish. • And it tasted like old bottled juice.

If you’re using pre-squeezed lemon juice, fine—but if it’s expired or poorly stored, that’s a health concern. Old lemon juice can turn rancid or harbor bacteria, and when used in drinks, it’s not just unpleasant—it can be unsafe. If y’all not checking your citrus, someone’s gonna get sick.

Overall, the vibe was cool. But if y’all wanna be taken seriously, you need better consistency, clear communication, and some quality control—especially...

Our group was sat nearly immediately and given waters after a few minutes and then seemingly forgotten about. Tables that were seated after us were served food before we were even checked in on, let alone given the opportunity to order. When we checked in with other staff we finally got some service. We ordered margarita flights only to be told we couldn’t choose the flavors, which contradicts what the menu states, but the bartender could mix them up for us. We supposedly got 12 different flavors which is far more than listed on the menu, so we were very confused. When we tasted our margaritas they were super sour to the point that you couldn’t even taste a flavor. We tried to remedy this and were told the bartender forgot something. After the addition they were slightly better but still nothing like a margarita. We had poor service following that so we didn’t even have the chance to say anything else. We had to ask for water refills and hardly drank our flights. We were given apologies but it was a very poor experience all around and unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced a long wait time for seemingly no reason at this location....
