Iâve been to this bakery before & had delicious cookies & pastries & even cannolis For Thanksgiving ordered cookies which usually pay .30 each was charged almost $15 for 12 this time but didnât care my grandkids love them but bought a dozen cannolis n the shells were soft n the cream was terrible , my mom got nauseous & I had to throw my half out I think they werenât fresh but they refunded my money when brought them back however the lady was talking about me to another customer about that Iâm an Americano n thatâs why I complained , no I complained because cannoli shells are suppose to be crunchy n the cream fresh ! Theyâre cakes are very pretty n I was even going to buy one but because she was not nice I didnât n will prob find another bakery now ... they donât speak English except for guy they put in phone this morning n I totally didnât mind but I do understand some Spanish n her comment was rude n in called for , the cookies the little animal ones were in the display n I wonder if I was overcharged because Iâm Americano ?! I dont like thinking like that none the less I did like this the bakery but she tried convincing me cannolis are suppose to be soggy n her comment wasnât nice they lost me n others I had recommended as customers too now :( she shouldâve just said sorry n refunded the money also wanted to note the cashier had put my dozen cannolis in brown paper bag ! I had to have another cust ask her in Spanish to put in a box as I was bringing these to my nieces house for Thanksgiving . She did do it then but no paper in the box n didnât even tie it up maybe Iâm use to N Y professional bakeries Iâm just disappointed but happy got my money...
