Panda Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Port Royal

Food is okay. Upon calling in my order, I was met with an annoyed tone when I was nothing but friendly. After rereading the order, the speaker said a few words very quickly but I didn’t quite understand what they said. Before I could ask for clarification, they hung up abruptly. I called back to ensure my order was indeed placed because I didn’t hear a total for the cost or an estimated time for pickup. I was, again, met with a rude tone before hanging up again. Okay fine, whatever, it’s getting pretty late and they’re likely tired. I can empathize with that. My partner and his friend went to pick up the order and was charged an additional $30!!!! I added up the cost of each individual item and double checked it. Even with tax, it wouldn’t have been as much as I was charged! I have never tried panda before, but I can assure you I will NEVER be back and I’ll make sure to persuade anyone else...

We have been a loyal patron of this establishment for many years due to them being the best in my opinion Chinese food in town. Today just derailed my opinion of them. I ordered two meals from them...1 House fried rice with extra chicken and a Happy Family extra spicy along with 2 egg rolls an 1 order of crispy fried Wanton. My wife called the order in, stating everything we wanted, they in turn repeated the order. My wife went in, paid for the order then left. We got home and the Fried wasn't in the bag. We called them to inform them that it was missing and their reply was since you did not verify before leaving, too bad, though we never had an incident in the past so the trust was pretty high! The attitude alone will forever prevent my money and patronage of them again! Good Bye! It was good while it lasted! ...

OK, I tried to give them Grace the first time because they did let me place a late night order approximately 10 minutes before they closed, but where my complaint comes in is on the second night, the day after first night. I paid for my food twice with them Saying my transaction didn’t go through even though I saw the charge come out of my account(Ended up having to pay again in cash). I will say the food is pretty good so I came back a second night not only did They make me pay for someone else else’s food I had to pay an additional fee for the food THAT I ALREADY PLACED! So all in all paying for my food and someone else else’s food(With no refund by the way) I know this review is long, but take this information...
