First off.. Damn!! This place really needs to hire a better staff! Get rid of the people who work there now!

My FIRST experience was two months ago. My husband and I were going to try the drive through. We put our order in. Was waiting for a good 20 minutes by the window and the ladies that were in there were ignoring us, like we didn't exist. Like hello? my SECOND experience. This was one week ago. I went in this time. Wasn't going to do drive through again. Haha NO. walked right in NO ONE GREETED ME AND I FELT A HORIBLE VIBE. there was two women this time and we were the only three in there. Not FRIENDLY AT ALL. I ordered the rotisserie chicken. Got in the car to eat. And my mouth was BURNT. she over cooked my chicken and I had to go to the hospital because my mouth was burnt in the top of my mouth. LITERALLY BURNT!!! The women who made my sandwich was African American, 5'4, and didn't have a name tag on. Or I would have given her name on my review.
My THIRD experience which was TODAY. My husband and I go in. SAME TWO WOMEN who helped me the last time. And some other women. Don't know there names, BC they didn't have name tags on! so I will explain what they looked like. All three were African American. One looked like she was on crack and had no two front teeth. About 5'5. The second women was the one who burnt my mouth my second experience. and the third was younger than the other two women. About 5'4. Never seen her before until today. The two women greeted us. I am thinking its BBC my husband was with me. Because the last time I went those two women that were working today didn't greet me ONCE. anyway, the woman who has no two front teeth made our food. BTW OUR FOOD WAS COLD THIS TIME. the woman that burnt my mouth was doing God knows what in the back. And the third which was the younger girl was changing out the sauces. Well, we were getting a dr pepper and the dr pepper was out. Went to get Sprite AND THE SPRITE WAS OUT. my husband went to ask the younger girl doing the sauces if she could refill the dr pepper. Bc the woman with no teeth in the front was helping a man. And the girl that was doing the sauces said yes. Well 5 minutes later still waiting for her to change the dr pepper and she was still doing the sauaces?! Like, wthell are you STILL doing the sauces for when a PAYING CUSTOMER ASKED YOU TO REFILL THE DR PEPPER . So we ended up getting lemonade that wasnt even good! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I don't write a lot of reviews but my third time was not a charm! Who ever goes here to eat...Have fun!
Read moreEvery single time I order here, there's always something wrong with the order. Whether that's missing an ingredient I asked for or missing other items that were ordered. A few weeks ago, I tried going through the drive through at 9 pm. The screen was on but black so I clicked the call for help button, and someone came through and I asked if he could take my order and that the screen wasn't working. He then told me to come inside to order. Why? You're speaking to me through the drive through, why not just take it like this? There was no one else in the drive through line and there was absolutely no one inside, other than the worker himself. I just drove off. Tonight, we placed an order for two footlongs and come to find out after getting home, they made two 6 inches and completely swapped the bread from the orders. We drove back w/ order and receipt and asked them to remake them. He started to and apparently he can't read orders because the worker proceeded to swap the bread another TWO TIMES. Read moreI ordered on the subway mobile app. I called to change my order time to pick up at an earlier time. The first time I called no one answered the phone. The second time I called, a man answered and said they never received my order. He had a rude tone as well. I told him over the phone that I have confirmation on the app and email and have already paid for my order. I get there and tell the woman at the counter the same thing and she said they never received my order even when I tried showing her my proof of purchase. She then asked the man to call the manager because “she wasn’t explaining this again” and walked away. There was supposedly NO manager on duty. How is that possible??? Someone should always be in charge and present! They REFUSED to make my order and REFUSED to issue me a refund. They were very rude, unprofessional and had poor customer service on the phone and in person. When I asked for their names the man working asked “why do you need my name” refusing to give me it.
