Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

My friend and I order frequently from this location. Last week, we ordered well in advance, but unfortunately according to the employee, there was no pizza for me. Thinking my friend accidentally called the wrong location, I left and went home. My friend then called and found our pizza WAS there but it would be $5 to deliver, so she cancelled. Next morning I called to speak to the mgr just to make sure the card got credited. I explained to Kelly what happened, that I wasn't mad.. mistakes occur. She then went well above and beyond. She gave us a free pizza...some brownies and wouldn't even let me pay for the soda I would have bought! As a long time retail mgr, I want to compliment her and her staff as the order is always on time and hot. I hope the company will recognize her leadership and attitude as it is rare today....

Second white pizza we have ordered . Both where ordered with extra sauce. Both dint even have sauce on the outer 2" of the pizza. Wife asked mang this time as it was a carry out. Was assured it was extra sauce. Well I will go back to Casmere Rd store. They made a excellent white pizza. Maybe they are cutting corners. But that will be the last one we spend our money on. I asked on the website for a 6 min text when on way, never received that, I called and was told someone would call me back because I couldn't figure out how to leave a tip using a gift card or a separate method had to be used nobody got back to me, so the driver never got tipped because I didn't know he showed up or was on his way till after he was long gone.
