Would select 0 stars. Ordered a signature latte in drive thru. When I got to the window after a ten min wait Juliana yelled "yo how do I make this coffee". Coffee was dark brown and bitter no sort of sweetener. Parked and went inside. When I told them the coffee was bitter, one kid yelled "I told you guys she would be back!" They made another coffee this time the coffee was completely white. I gave the coffee back and Juliana said "what's wrong with it? We are following the sticker on how to make the coffee" Mind you she was waving her hands around with an attitude and she said "I can't just keep giving you free coffee" Another worker offered to make the coffee correctly for me and Juliana started yelling "Don't make her a coffee, I'm not gong to keep giving her free coffee" I got upset and said you can give me a refund. Juliana acted like a refund was out of the question so at this point I did curse back and demanded a manger. By the time I asked for a manager the second time Juliana said to another co-worker "I better stop and she has to walk away before she does something" Juliana literally acted like she was going to come around the corner and fight me, all over a coffee. All of that red hair dye must be going to her head. No one at this location could have been over 20 years old. All of them have GRUNGY appearances and are the rudest group of people I have witnessed in the service industry. It took about 30 mins to go through drive thru, be handed two disgusting coffees, get yelled at by Juliana and get my refund. I will be calling corporate. Specifically naming Juliana. STAY AWAY...
Read moreI have tried to utilize this Dunkin several times this year only to receive apprehensible service. Today was the worst-1 car in front of me which took over 4 minutes for them to receive what appeared to be a hot drink (4 minutes seriously). I pull up and 3 employees are "playing" with a measuring spoon- did not even acknowledge I was there. Employee finally acknowledges me and I asked is my order ready- Yes. Hands me 1 item at a time, then find out my drink is not ready-really. I repeated my drink and he goes to fix it, comes back hands me drink and OMgosh it's a sweet tea (ordered unsweet, I'm diabetic). I waited until acknowledged again and told him it was a sweet tea. He brings back another drink ( I had placed incorrect drink on ledge) and he tells me to take drink back-I said no. He repeated again- I repeated no and said can I have my drink which he handed me and as I'm pulling away I hear him say WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?- Are you kidding me!! I tried to call to advise manager and called 4 times and no one answered phone. I finally took a sip of new drink- you guessed it- SWEET tea. I had to go to another place to get my drink. This caused me to be late to work and the coworker I had bought some food for not to be able to eat her breakfast. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUT AGAIN. Read moreI received the most horrendous customer service this morning at this store. There was a sign at the drive through stating some items were unavailable. It was difficult to see with all of the wind. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was told rudely and sarcastically that breakfast sandwiches are not available today. An employee came out to tell other cars that "people aren't reading the sign"and there are no sandwiches. I then asked for hash browns and was told after a loud sigh they aren't doing those either, again very abruptly and rudely. I ordered coffee and pulled up. While I was at the window, the employee that took my order yelled at customers walking in that they "NEED TO ACTUALLY READ THE SIGN ON THE DOOR, THERE'S NO HOT FOOD!". They looked confused by her behavior. She then said to another worker "do you think they got my FRIENDLY (said sarcastically) message now?" and laughed. I tried to call to inform a manager twice but no one answered the phone. I will not return to this location.
