I had a very disappointing experience at this location tonight. When I ordered online, it stated my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived on time, only to wait an additional 30 minutes—making it a total of 45 minutes. The timing on the app is clearly inaccurate, which caused a major inconvenience and wasted my time.
The woman at the front desk was extremely rude—not only to customers, but also to the pizza maker in the back. Her demeanor was unprofessional and unfriendly. Honestly, she should not be the first point of contact for customers.
Even though the store just opened, they were severely understaffed, especially on a day when they were running a 50% off special for local residents at The Lucie at Tradition. There were only four young workers with no clear manager present. Communication was lacking, and the team didn’t seem to be working well together. The atmosphere felt dull and unwelcoming.
As for cleanliness, the store looked decent, but I witnessed the cashier handling the register and then the pizza dough without washing her hands. That’s unsanitary and concerning in a food service environment.
The food itself was also a letdown. The buffalo boneless wings were absolutely disgusting—bland, soggy, and reminded me of cafeteria food from elementary school. I wouldn’t order them again. The rest of the food wasn’t much better. The flavors were weak, and overall, it tasted like it had been sitting out too long.
I don’t know what has happened to this Papa John’s, but something seriously needs to change. I won’t be back for a long time and will be taking my...
Read moreThe ownership of this location is going to run it in to the ground. You cannot have 1 or 2 people working your dinner/ Sunday rushes. I understand the rising cost of labor and supplies but giving terrible service and products due to being understaffed is a perfect receipe to go out of business. Especially with this being a brand new store. It should be OVER staffed. Make sure youre providing excellent service and products to your customers. From there you can scale back on labor costs. But you cant launch a new store and think you're going to make your money by not hiring employees.
With that being said the employees working there are very nice. The manager was very kind to me and did his best to retain us as customers. Nothing he or any employees did is prompting me to write this review. However, we will not be back.
Ownership: STAFF YOUR STORE OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE A STORE VERY QUICKLY
Here's a picture of the cheese "pizza"? we got from them the...
Read moreThis Papa John’s is a JOKE. Walked in Saturday, August 16 at 1:15 AM (they close at 1:30). Instead of welcoming a paying customer, the girl at the counter barked at me to “order right now or I’m not making your food.” Excuse me? I live across the street, came in before closing, and needed one minute to order for my family. She refused, claimed she’s the “general manager” and “makes her own rules,” then wouldn’t even give me her name.
So instead of pizza, I walked out at 1:18 AM with NOTHING for my family because this so-called “manager” would rather flex attitude than do her job.
If this is how Papa John’s trains “managers” — to bully customers and shut down early — then no wonder your reputation is going downhill. Corporate better check the cameras because this was pure disrespect.
Never again. And trust me, this review is just the beginning — BBB, social media, everywhere. People need to know how this place treats its...
