Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

This location is completely hit or miss for pizza quality. Sometimes the pizzas are great, exactly what you'd expect at any Pizza Hut anywhere in the country.

Sometimes they're the worst. Like throw it in the trash and promise yourself you'll never order from the again, the worst. The crusts are a big problem. They're either under or over proofing them because they are lifeless and dense and sometime I think that they might be freezer burned cause the hand tossed crust will be dry and crunchy in places.

Whoever puts the toppings on obviously hates vegetables because they don't seem burden your vegetarian pizzas with any. I'm assuming most Pizza Huts put the spinach on after the pizza is finished or something different than this place does because this is the only place I get slimey shriveled brown leaves instead of something resembling spinach. Also I think if they forget a topping they just throw it on the top after it comes out of the oven, once I added jalapeños to one of their regular pizza recipes and the jalapeño were definitely not baked into the pizza at all. They were just floating around on the top acting like they just came out of a pickled jalapeño jar and not an they'd never heard of an oven before let alone seen one.

I usually order Pizza Hut, from a different location, once a week for the crew at work. Last week I had some of their pizza and I was so impressed by how much better it was than this location's pizza.

These are literally the most undercooked horrible looking pizzas I've ever received. I can't believe the manager let this order go out the door like this. Ordered the Detroit double pepperoni and it's missing the cupped pepperoni, oh and the cheese. Yep no cheese on this pizza except a thin layer right in the middle. Have you seen the picture of the Detroit pizza? I will add here as a comparison. Also our second pizza was supposed to be a large pan with the white sauce and we got a medium hand tossed instead. To top all that off missing the garlic and parmesan boneless wings and cookie, luckily they also didn't charge my card even tho I ordered them. Still lame tho. They could have called and offered an alternative or something. We have been trying to call the store for over an hour since we got the food delivered. It's inedible as it is and I want it replaced. Unfortunately no one will pick up the phone. They just pick up and hang up or ignore it til it rings to a fax line. The receipt doesn't even show the address or phone number where it came from. Fortunately we always get it from the location that is closet for years. How shady has pizza hut become, so disappointed. My son is about to drive up there to personally return the horrible food they sent us because they can't bother to answer the phone. Visited this location on 1/1/18 and ordered online. Now we live outside of their delivery area so we have to drive to the location to carry out which is fine considering their pizza is a bit high prices compared to other options that deliver in my area. I'm giving this place a low rating for the following reasons. First, when we picked up our order and brought it all the way home, we noticed our entire order was WAY over cooked to where it was not palatable. I called and complained and took pictures as proof along with the receipt. They did remake the order and they did what they claimed was as best as possible but were claiming the oven was new and set too high and too slow. If this is the case the management needs to make the necessary adjustments before they take huge losses in business. Another part of this low review was while I was waiting for my order to be remade, I noticed a delivery driver carrying out a pizza completely on its side with no care in the world about the customers order. The final part of this low review is to the fact they hire shift managers right out of the street without promoting within. I tend to frown upon this for numerous reasons. To sum this up, potential customers beware, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING STORE OR BEFORE LETTING THE DELIVERY DRIVER LEAVE.
