Escape Room PSL — Attraction in Port Saint Lucie

If I could put zero stars, I would. Highly recommend saving your money for a business that truly appreciates it. After calling in, to check availability, our group of 5 was informed to book online. Which showed open availability. This cost $160 which was processed and an email confirmation sent, after showing up early to sign our waivers, we were informed that they are only doing private parties, but this was not communicated on the phone or on the website. She then acted like she did us a favor by offering a refund, when none of this was our fault. She also tried to tell us that when we called in, only the owner has access to the phone. What type of employee deflects THEIR poor actions on ownership?? And I was in the business, and KNOW they have a phone. They sent $160 out the door, for a $60 party. If the front desk woman would have been friendly and empathetic; we would have gladly taken a reservation for the next day. But due to their terrible customer service and employees they choose to represent their business, we will NOT be returning. And I can NOT recommend enough that you as well, do NOT support...

My son and 9 of his friends attempted Simon's room 2 for his 13th birthday. This was the first escape room any of them had ever been to. My husband did go into the room with them, just to supervise. They were able to complete the room with less than a minute to spare. Being extremely excited to have accomplished this they were hoping for something better in the end. They were given no props, stickers, signs or anything saying that they made it out. They were just able to take a picture sitting on the couch before they left. They were all kinda bummed out about that. (They wanted proof for bragging rights). My husband said the escape Room itself was fine although him and I have been to much higher quality rooms. It is local, so I would allow them to do another one. I would probably just make some signs or stickers myself for photo props. 5 Stars – An Incredible Experience from Start to Finish! We had an absolute blast at this escape room! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about what they do. The room we chose was thoughtfully designed with an immersive theme, clever puzzles, and just the right balance of challenge and fun. Every clue felt purposeful, and we loved how the story unfolded as we progressed. The attention to detail was impressive—props, lighting, and sound all added to the atmosphere and made it feel like we were actually part of an adventure. The game master was fantastic. Whether you’re an escape room veteran or trying one for the first time, I highly recommend this place.
