Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

• Edited 11/2023 * We're about done with this Pizza Hut. We've given it several tries since it opened over the past few months, and it hasn't gotten any better.

The last straw was a couple of nights ago when I ordered "Extra Pepperoni". I expected, well, you know, EXTRA pepperoni. But it came just like every other Pepperoni Pizza we've ordered there. Save your money, there are almost a dozen other pizza places within a mile or two that are head and shoulders better than this place.

Oh, and if you're like most other people with wives, when I order a pizza my wife wants a salad. Not gonna get it here at Pizza Hut.

And one more thing; if you want any dipping sauce for your wings or bread or whatever, it'll cost you 75 cents per tiny container. (The same size as any other fast food's sauce that you get FREE.) Nah, this place is off my list of places to eat, which is shocking, because 25 years ago it was the best pizza, and my favorite place to eat.

• Original Review * Disappointed in the size of the "deep dish" pizza. It's not even close to as good as it was many years ago, and the size is much smaller, too.

The taste was pretty good, except the "meatballs", which were not good at all. We definitely won't be ordering those again. After the first bite, my wife and I looked at each other and said, "Well, I don't like these meatballs!" so it's not just me.

The wings were nothing special, and overpriced compared to other comparable wings in my area.

I downloaded their app, which is pretty good. I created an account, but have yet to receive any coupons or other incentives to order again. The app does make it easy to order, as well as keep track of when your order will be ready for pickup. It lets you follow the time to the minute, and was pretty accurate in my case.

Overall, I doubt we'll order from here again. There are at least a half dozen other pizza joints within about a mile or two, and they're all much cheaper for bigger pizza and more wings (even without a coupon).

Oh, and do you want a small packet of Blue Cheese with your wings? That'll be another 75 cents each. And no...

I hadn’t eaten Pizza Hut in over a decade and honestly wouldn’t have even thought to order from them, but my husband chose it for his pre-birthday dinner. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. We ordered two pizzas, a melt & cinnamon minis for delivery. The large hand-tossed pepperoni & Italian sausage (no cheese) was a nightmare. The crust was paper-thin, the meat was rock hard, some slices were burnt to a crisp while others were nearly charred, and there was barely any sauce. Truly inedible. Our other pizza, a pan pizza, was the opposite…mushy, undercooked crust that my kids wouldn’t even eat. So essentially, we got one overcooked pizza and one undercooked pizza. In fairness, the rest of the order was fine. But the pizzas, which should be the star of the show, were completely unacceptable. I can’t imagine how anyone looked at the hand tossed one and thought it was okay to send out. Clearly, there’s no quality control at this location.

To make matters worse, the customer service was just as bad. I called the store multiple times. Twice, no one answered. The third time, a young lady answered with an attitude, put me on hold, and never came back. I sat on hold for nearly 30 minutes. I tried calling what I thought was corporate, only to be transferred right back to the same store that doesn’t answer their phones. After more back-and-forth, another rep said they’d connect me to a manager and the line just rang endlessly. At that point, I gave up. I spent $60 for two pizzas that were completely unacceptable and no one at the store or the company seemed to care. Judging by the other reviews, this isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a pattern. It’s a shame, because Pizza Hut used to be a name people could trust. Clearly, this location just doesn’t care about its customers or...

They forgot to give me the brownie I ordered when I showed up to pick up my order. So I called to let them know an also see if they could deliver it but no instead I was put on hold . On hold to where I could hear everything that was being said between the employees swell as other customers that had came in . The two employees a female cashier an a man that worked Thursday September 18, 2025 between 8pm an 9pm both said they were not going to pick up the phone. So they said they will just leave the phone off the hook to see how long I would sit on the phone .. worst customer service ive ever had. With all the yelling an cursing that the employees say to eachother if I was their manager I would fire them in a heart beat. No wonder why pizza hut is hiring. I sat on the phone for over half an hour an still not one employee would pick the phone back up. I will never order from this pizza hut ever again an I will for sure let other in the port st lucie area also know about the way...
