Just Salad — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Salad always tastes good but the workers are extremely rude. I took this photo from another review of the lady that rudely spoke to me bc I didn’t get her name or anything because I was mad and walked out before I could lol. I had ordered 2 salads and a wrap online to be picked up. I put finely chop in the comment section as i have got my salads chopped there previously many times and there has never been an issue. After going in and getting my order I always look to make sure everything is right before leaving. One salad was good and looked slightly chopped without a lot of whole spinach leaves and the other one well.. wasn’t chopped at all and look at the toppings.. for a $13 salad they should be ashamed. I went up to the counter with my salad to make a comment and see if they can chop it. This girl stood and talked to her coworker for a good 2 mins.. keep in mind she WASN'T DOING ANYTHING and she saw me and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Finally she came over and said “yes” first of all that’s not at all how you should speak to your customer but whatever. I told her my concern and she said “we don’t have a chopper and we don’t chop here” I responded and told her “are you sure because I’ve got my salads chopped here before and I’ve been here quite frequently” she proceeded to say “I work here yeah I’m sure” HELLO!! What was that response? I said “whatever thank you” she then started talking about me, couldn’t really hear what she was saying but her coworker looked at me and I turned around and left the store. First off If you don’t like your job and don’t like people then you shouldn’t be working at someplace like this. Second of all you should always try and make it right with your customers, not be...

*Side note it took me sometime to write this because I do like the restaurant * I recently had an experience at a restaurant that I would like to share with others. I moved to the area recently and recommended this place to my colleagues at work. I decided to order food f, and ended up spending $60 on the meal . However, when it came time to pay, I chose the no tip option since we didn't dine in or ask for the meal to be taken to our car.

Unfortunately, the employee at the counter, whom I don't want to assume the gender of, became noticeably upset when I didn't leave a tip. I was taken aback by their attitude. To make matters worse, when we received our food, it was simply placed on the counter without any utensils, napkins, or a bag. When I asked for these items, she roll her eyes they handed them to me and expected me to put them in the bag myself. *not saying this a problem *

I believe this issue needs to be addressed. Tips are not mandatory, and it's important for businesses to understand that they are called gratuities for a reason. I understand the importance of good service, but in this case, the lack of proper customer service and the employee's reaction were disappointing.

I think it's important for the restaurant management to be aware of these issues so that they can improve their service worst when the restaurant is new and ensure that all customers have a positive experience. I am not writing this to be malicious just informed you of my experience so this culture on my side, doesn’t travel and cause you to lose or give such an awesome...

UPDATE: Great choices, but DO NOT ORDER delivery from this location if you are on a schedule. The Spanish speaking ladies (3 of them) didn't seem to notice, realize or care that their big order was 35 minutes late. Social fun was way more important than a waiting delivery customer who ordered ahead so it would be scheduled. Catering customers may want to choose a different location, at least on Sundays. They were nice to me, but offered no information about why it wasn't ready, nor would they give any expected time to tell the customer. My catering customers USED to love ordering from Just Salad PSL... now Just Salad looks slow and inefficient (Sunday, 6/8) Week days may be different, but Sunday was a horrible experience, unfortunately.

Omgoodness... no matter what I'm craving, there's always a choice that fits the bill. The smoothies are a full meal, salad and warm bowl choices are creative and diverse, and the people who work here give free smiles and good vibes. If you're looking for a quick, convenient way to get real food, that tastes amazing and makes you feel great, JustSalad is the right choice.
