Really tired of the micro aggression in this store. I walked in with the item. No I don’t remember when I bought it but if you knew your job you’d know the date the item arrived at the store.

Your job as a cashier;

1. return item look up to verify the tag matches the item. 2)If item matches description. Request my ID for return without a receipt.
2. After processing the return gently hand me back and ID and store credit. Don’t slam it on the counter.

The older cashiers in this store need to check their attitudes. I am a customer first. Also I’m a former associate of TjX companies so I don’t appreciate being treated as if I’m doing something wrong for not having a receipt for a $20 item. I make more than enough money to buy whatever I need. This is why I no longer work for the company because I’m doing well. If I’m returning an item without a receipt do not police me with stupid questions unnecessary questions. All the answers you need are in your data base.
