The BreakRoom — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Saw several posts on social media ravingabout the garlic knots at this place so I gave them a try.

The service was excellent, the place was clean, and I love their late night hours. I placed my order online which incurred an additional $2 fee. My order was placed at 6:35 and the app said my order would be ready at 6:55. When I arrived, my pizza and garlic knots were ready, but they waited until I arrived to drop the mozzarella sticks in an effort to keep them as fresh as possible. No problem with them doing that. My order was a carry out order and I live about 8 minutes from there. Everything was still warm when I got home, but the pizza and garlic knots got a little soggy. I reheated them to bring the crunch back. The pizza and garlic knots weren’t bad, but I didn’t think they were spectacular as people had been saying online. I am a pizza connoisseur and a former New Yorker so I know my pizza. I’d give it a 6.9 out of 10. The garlic knots didn’t look like anything in their pictures. They show fresh garlic in the pictures and I didn’t get any fresh garlic. The mozzarella sticks were excellent and maybe delaying the cooking might have helped. The $10 price was a little high for the mozzarella sticks.

I always root for mom & pop local businesses and want these guys to succeed. Especially since they are open late. I’ll give them another shot with other food because their service was excellent, but I’ll leave it everyone to form their own opinion of pizza and...

$6.50 Walk in special for 2 slices and can of soda! The crust was nice, crispy, and not too thick. Their Garlic knots are incredible! The diced garlic tasted so fresh, and the red sauce was delicious. I personally like a firm but soft garlic knot, not when the knot is so hard it almost hurts to bite into, and this was exactly that! A nice crunch with that soft delicious inside. (You know, when it's cooked all the way but doesn't cut into your gums from biting into it). Overall, I was very satisfied with the interior and dining experience. They have nice furniture, decor, a good amount of dining space, and awesosome staff. Apparently they make their own mozzarella sticks and bread for their subs, so we look forward to coming back for...

In the same plaza as PSL’s Office Sports Pub, you’ll find a cool new spot for a quick bite and more. The Breakroom has a friendly and inviting atmosphere that’s complimented by the courteous staff. The menu is built for enjoyment. Fresh made pizza, Chicken fingers, garlic knots, Chicken Wings, 7 different specialty French fry options and Hot & Cold Boar’s Head Subs. I went for the Meatball Parm Sub and it was great. The kicker is the fresh baked (in house) sub rolls. It made the sandwich! I can’t wait to try another sub next time, just to have that bread again.
