ALDI — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

Went to return mini ice cream cones that I bought many times in past with cones always fresh and crunchy. When I asked for an exchange the girl at register felt the cone that was still frozen and said it was fine. Then she said If I got another one it would be the same as this one. This is after I had already told her I had already bought this Item a number of times and cone was always crunchy and not chewy like. Anyway if they would have just said no problem and took what I was saying as truth. But no they made it out like I didn’t know the product quality and that’s was it. It’s sad that ALDI lost a good customer over lack of understanding your issue at all! Also with ALDI buying Winn Dixie I will no longer shop these...

I’m writing this review for the awesome employees working there! My olive oil accidentally fell out of my bag, on the floor shattering and leaving the most inconvenient mess. I was so embarrassed and told our cashier who might I say checked us out SUPER quick lol. Then another sweet Aldi associate who was talking to us earlier cleaned it up telling me it’s no biggie and being just so kind. Both of them said to me you can grab another olive oil as if there wasn’t a big pool of olive oil right behind me.
