Villa Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

The pizza was okayish but I probably wouldn't have left the bad review if it wasn't for the terrible customer service. The customer service is the front of a person's business. The men were all working really hard and baking the pizzas but the women acted like they couldn't stand to be there another second. Almost every person in America has worked a customer service job once in their lives. We all do what we can to get by, but atleast do it well. It will make your soul feel better. I wish I could give negative stars. I always joked that even bad pizza is good. I was wrong after eating here! I thought it'd be similar to Sbarro. But the pepperoni pizza probably sat out for hours, she through it back in the oven for a minute. The crust was rock hard, barely any sauce, cold cheese and pepperoni doesn't even look cooked. Tasted terrible! The staff was rude to some foreign people in line when they asked questions about the buffet. I'd never go back here & based on the other ratings, I'm not the only one. Individually I give the sweet old white lady 5 stars and everyone else 0. Visited on 8/17/22 at 10:45 am. The other em0loyees ignored me completely and then looked offended when the lady serving me kinda head nodded towards me to signal them I was there. Then she walked around them and served me.
