If I could give this place negative stars I would! My cashier was Simon Robenson and he had the worst attitude ever! Accused my mother of not ordering coffee and not paying when it was not even a minute later that she ordered it. My soup was spilled all in the littlest bag ever! Only 3 shreds of cheese on top. My mothers sandwich was a sloppy mess. The coffee was cold. He was trying to hide his name so i had to ask him to turn over his name tag. I politely said thank you and he rolled his eyes and walked away! I will never ever come back here. My mother was diagnosed with a huge medical problem and was not feeling well and he had no patience at all with her so i had to say something. He is very lucky I did not knock him out or better yet he was lucky my brother was not there, that is where we were heading to is FAU. NEVER EVER COME HERE! RUDE PEOPLE! -INFINITY STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! Usually I am not one to write a negative review, especially, about a place located at a rest stop. This location though is a disaster. Without writing too much, they dropped my sandwich on the floor, I saw them and the lady said, “the floor is clean”!and the wrapper is on.” Uh no, I’ll take another sandwich. They pulled the I’ll take it to the back and say it was new. It’s an open concept, I saw them give me the same sandwich. The girl with the tattoos and piercings is like I’m not making another. This place is not for sane minded, sanitary people. I sent a correspondence to their corporate entity and I’ve called my credit card company to complain and halt the charge, being that I don’t eat off the floor, I’m not paying for what I didn’t eat. Went for a sandwich Sunday afternoon i waited in line while they stared at me from across the other register didn't direct traffic I had to ask. No hellos no have a good days just blank upset faces not willing to work asked for the brisket with only bbq and brisket of course i got the sandwich with all the veggies. Went back to get them to fix my sandwich they put the brisket and a side of bbq so i could fix my own sandwich and they didn't cut it. Super disappointing no wonder why there’s no line these kids behind the line look like they don't wanna be there and give terrible customer service. just fire this crew.
