Fresh Fusion Juice Bar — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Although the food is amazing and fresh. The amount of time I'm given to how long it will be till it's ready does not add up. Whenever I order I always call ahead because I know how long it will be before I actually get my food. Called and ordered my usual of a go go green juice and cream cheese toast. Before I got off the phone with the staff I asked how long it will be and she said it will be ready by the time I come to pick up. Knowing from past experiences I still wait at least 15 minutes before I leave my house and it takes about 5 minutes to get there. So 20 minutes goes by and I get there leave my car on in park with my 9 year old in the car thinking i can just pay and go. Wrong, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my food and this happens literally everytime I go there. Although I love the food I just wish they were better with time or actually having the food prepared when they say it...

Let me begin by saying the food is FRESH and so YUMMY, but that's not why I'm reviewing.. I ordered from grub hub and my order tasted great so a few days later I decided to order for my family and pick up in-store to check it out. As I sit here, the girl hasn't stopped talking on the phone since I got here. She has airpods in and is literally having a conversation with someone else (not working related) while I'm ordering so I didn't know if she was talking to me, or her friend and I couldn't understand her at all. Then a gentleman came in and ordered and got his smoothie before me. It's been THIRTY MINUTES and my order of :1 acai bowl, 2 pieces of toast 1 bowl of oatmeal should not take this long. I don't know of this is a family business or if the girl is just a hired employee but either way she should respect the integrity of this...

Just tried them for the first time because everywhere else is closed the day before a hurricane. And I am absolutely very happy with finding a new spot to get my acai bowls. Wonderfully delicious and absolutely fresh not to mention the gentleman that prepared it was a very kind hearted soul. Thank you God for leading me to this place I can't wait to try to dragon fruit bowl next time. 😁😁
