I’m a big fan of mc donald’s, and obviously know that it’s meant to be a grab and go kind of thing. I usually have a good experience at mc donald’s though. This store has let me down consistently unfortunately. The people who work at the store seem nice, but have absolutely 0 drive in service.
In a packed drive through, missing items are understandable, However, this location is always slow or empty. 3 Times in a row I have had items missing, and soggy/seemingly old and left out food totaling in over 25$. I’m extremely disappointed about having food left out of the bag, especially considering that the menu prices are alot higher in today’s age. I’m pretty well off, and lucky that I’m financially sound, But imagine if you are leaving items out of a persons bag who relies on your store for their meals. How sad is that situation? At your store, I’m sure it happens.
I called about having my 8$ bagel sandwich missing from my bag the other day, and the kind lady said that I could have a coupon towards my next order. Never got it, and they continued to mess up the next few orders I placed.
This is the closest mc donald’s to my house, and I’d appreciate it if any manager or general manager assigned to this store would take a step back and realize that quality is more important than fast drive through times. General manager, this isn’t on your employees, this is on your absolutely terrible leadership. Do better.
During slow periods, cook the food to order. It goes a long way for customers who are expecting something tasty, rather than a sloppily pre made big mac that may not even make it to the bag. Nobody wants a lukewarm ...
Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And I don't even know about the food. I Demanded my money back because of how rude the employee was! I went in on Saturday morning at about 7:45 AM and the girl that helped me had NO personality. Well, it is McDonald's. Anyway, ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins and a large Diet Coke with no ice. She rang me up and I paid and she gave me a receipt. The receipt showed NO ICE for the Diet Coke. Nothing negative (or positive) was said between us. The manager gave me my food and drink and I asked if the drink was without ice. He said it was. I walked out and realized it had ice in it. No big deal, happens. I wasn't upset, just walked back in. I hadn't said anything to anyone and wasn't mad. The same girl that took my order looked at me (she was getting food for drive-thru), then turns back around and I hear her plain as day under her mask, "Oh my God, what does he want". I came unglued after that! Spoke to the manager and he didn't seem to care. I demanded my money back and and then I left. I was upset because I never said anything negative until the employee said that to me. I told her that she should find a new job since she hated this one so much. Of course they knew I was just traveling though and not a regular customer, but hopefully someone else reads this and decides to go somewhere else. Read moreThis McDonald's is absolutely horrible in either going inside to order to going through the so called drive thru. You go inside nobody wants to take your order. So called workers , mostly kids aren't even working. Horsing around in back to even eating the food and paying more attention to their phones. In the drive tru yesterday , say in line for over 10 minutes and there wasn't any other customers there except the ones behind me. What was going on was 2 employees over by the dumpsters screwing around the entire time I sat in the drive thru line getting no service. On more than one occasion I just left and went somewhere else for food. They won't be seeing me or anyone of my family members again. I will also be not recommending this place to anyone I know, family members, friends, and even strangers!
So in regards to the response, if you really do value all customers opinions, loyalty to your establishment , then why don't you do something about it? My complaint is clearly not the only one, all most of the reviews on here are of the same problem for quite awhile now and nothing has changed!
