2023 review; Thats it, officially off BK for life. Have given them way too many second chances, not just this location. But this location needs to just close. The generation of kids who whined for years for better pay and better treatment got their way, starting at $15 hr and still have ZERO service skills. Or they are intentionally trying to put this franchise out of business. The whole anti capitalism thing with these kids is out of control. Dont even know where to start with the problems ordering just for two people, no special instructions. Half the items on the drive thru menu are apparently "no longer available" we were told. Then when we finally got an order put together, two out of five items were missing in the bag. No one looks at the ticket or checks the bag before handing it to the customer? Ok then. The double cheeseburger for a kids meal was missing cheese nor had any other condiments, no mustard or ketchup on this burger, just two dry cold burger patties. Cold onion rings. Dry nasty bacon double cheeseburger. This place needs to cut their losses, close the joint and, retire. These staffers are doing no favors for the owner or the community.
2022 review; Never open at night since the pandemic, even after all mandates are lifted and unemployment has ended, they have no employees and close at random. Tonight they left the place with all drive thru lights on, menu lights and all. All the signals suggest this place is likely about to go out of business. Too bad they just added a great chicken sandwich to...
Read moreAVOID if possible!! Service and food was pretty sad.
Asked for sandwiches to come out fresh, they did not! We came through drive thru waiting around 8-830pm on Friday...so no reason why my request could not have been accommodated. No sides or anything...I assume both cooks did not have their gloves on when making our sandwiches as well, I noticed this when peeking inside that one of the cook grabbed the raw original chicken without any gloves on. When we noticed they gave us an old chicken sandwich, we asked them to please drop it fresh. All the other sandwiches were slightly old as well but we needed to leave. The girl taking drive thru order was okay, she lacks customer service skills, definitely shouldn't be taking any orders.
Excluding the time it took us to order, we still waited more than 10+min on our drive thru order. 5 sandwiches. There were two or three other cars in front of us, we're not sure what they ordered but there was enough time to have dropped the patties fresh. The wait isn't the upsetting part, it was when we asked for fresh sandwiches, and didn't receive them as such.
Just disappointed because we had driven 10 plus hours and just wanted to grab something fresh to eat on the way through town. These folks should know that what they do matters. I don't know how much these folks getting paid but the service and food may have been better if they were paid...
Read moreFirst of all I was the second person in line in the drive through. After waiting for 10 minutes, the person in front of me pulled forward. I then was forced to wait another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. A simple, "I'll be with you in just a moment" would have been nice, but no. If that location had a way out of the drive through other than going in reverse, I would have taken it. My first cheeseburger's top bun was slimey as if the entire sandwich was put in a steamer, not made fresh, but premade in advance in case someone ordered it. The second cheeseburger was cold. So being dissatisfied with the burgers, I reached for the fries only to find out that the usual sprinkling of salt that goes on to the freshly fried french fries was absent. Instead my tastebuds met stale, room temperature potato. If I want a fast food baked potato taste, I'll go to Wendy's. So then I reach for my large Coke, not filled to lid by a solid inch of space, so slighted already on volume, I taste it. Disgusting. No one orders Coke to taste dark colored citrusy club soda. Coke is ordered for a refreshing swallow. NEVER GOING BACK TO...
