This has been the worst store I've ever been to. The worst customer service ever. As I waited for an hour in the Drive-Thru and was given no information of what they were looking for I was told to call my insurance which I did and everything was fine when I called back to the store took me two days to get ahold of them when I did they said my insurance had been canceled after calling them when I called they said everything was fine called them and corrected Walgreens who was wrong told me to go get my medicine when I pulled up they told me it would take 20 minutes it's already been 3 days I said that was unacceptable but I would wait and when I walked in the store the person who helped me the original time when I waited an hour was talking bad about me to the other technician when I said something about it the manager Sarah stepped in to calm me down while accepting her employees behavior saying it's not okay but reasonable I guess so I was told to leave eventually and to I told them I would never be back I will never go back there Sarah the manager is clueless to the actions of her employeesand unacceptable in any circumstance for her employees to be talking about customers behind their back especially when other customers can listen to them this place is a joke it's ran by children I will never recommend anyone using this...
Read moreI try to be as understanding as possible as I’ve always worked in customer service and also I’m aware there’s a huge shortage in workers.. but after a few times of dealing with this Walgreens I’m about fed up. Anytime a prescription is sent over from my doctor I never hear from them, so of course I call to check on it. There’s no prescription in my file, so I speak to a representative only to be told they never processed it in the first place. I’m sitting here in the phone confused if I’m supposed to call after it’s sent and confirm with them to proceed with processing it? The technician on the phone was 100% completely ignoring any question I had and all I was doing was trying to understand how to prevent this from happening because it’s been 3 days since it was sent and she tells me would you like us to fill it and it might be ready tomorrow or the next day?! Read morePlaced an order online. Sent my husband to pick it up. There was a manager there I believe she was a training and I want to say her name was Melissa. She was extremely rude to not only my husband but he had to call me because she was insisting the order was not even placed to that store. She wouldn't let me speak. She was yelling at me on the phone. Wouldn't give me a minute to even give her the order number treated us like we were idiots. Her level of customer service was astonishing. The store manager really didn't seem like she cared either. I will no longer be shopping at this store. I can't believe they hire people like that. I work in customer service everyday.
