We ordered seafood platter and a deluxe beef club. Waitress ask if we wanted french fries and I ask her if they had steak fries and she said yes so that's what I told her I wanted. She brought our food and she set down french fries. I told her I ask for steak fries and she said we don't sell them. My boyfriend told her there were no scallops but a ton of smelt and she said we are out of scallops. Maybe it's just me but if you order something and they don't have it give them the opportunity to change their order. Not to mention she didn't bring our rolls and crackers put until after we finished our soup and salad. Refills forget them, you had to wait until someone came out of the back. After we waited on our food, only to discover it wasn't what was expected they offered a different meal. We were hungry and not willing to wait again for it to be prepared we declined. So when we went to pay the manager would not give us a discount because she offered a different meal and when we explained we didn't want to wait again, she replied I don't have the authority to do that. SMDH while walking out. Needless to say we left no tip die to waitress not communicating the food shortages and her service was terrible. Will never go back. My first amd last time st this location. The other location was a first and last also food was horrible there. I had to give 1 stat to post but I didn't want...

The waitress, I believe her name was Carly, and kitchen staff provided the worst possible service. Mistakes were made and upon inquiry of preparation status the waitress developed a savagely negative attitude. Mistakes are not uncommon in the restaurant industry, but what was absolutely unacceptable was the self righteous attitude that the waitress proceeded to direct toward me. There is a line that was crossed tonight that goes far beyond a simple warning or reprimand. I’ve witnessed people terminated for far less serious offenses. If the Rosewood family restaurants have any interest in retaining any sort of decency of reputation, they would terminate this waitress immediately. Having a bad day is one thing, but being utterly insulting towards a paying customer, or any customer for that matter, should never...
Read moreStopped at this local family restaurant for breakfast on the road. They have a large breakfast menu and we enjoyed omelets with hash browns. The menu items are set and staff cannot accommodate any substitutions so don't bother asking. It would be nice to see any type of modern touch on the menu, like non-pork breakfast meats, fresh fruit or vegetarian entrees. If you like more traditional fare, then you'll be pleased with the menu.
What i found odd was the waitresses all sitting at a booth together between dropping tickets in kitchen and running food. One waitress literally was nodding off. Near the end of our meal some loud drilling began in the dining room which made us...
