On The Roxx — Restaurant in Portage

Very sad!!! Had a family gathering most of us from out of town but grew up in Portage Indiana. Was invited by the Karaoke person in charge of Your karaoke night to come there. So we did because of the invite. We show up and there is 1 bartender on both sides. No waitresses. We had to serve ourselves. Leave our table every time we needed something . Was not pleasant. Had 12 People at our table. Came to the Place because we were invited there by the karaoke person running the Karaoke. Like I just mentioned. There was no service anywhere in the place unless you went to the designated places to order your drinks and food. Tipped the staff graciously because I felt sorry for the two girls. Even though.I had to go get drinks,food etc at the so called waitress station. I guess that was what you call the little spot in the back right corner. On the band/karaoke side. Pool tables on the other side . Long line every time at the serving/waitress station areaTo get served.As I waited in line to get served and finally I got to be the next one to be served, the girl left the bar as myself and others were waiting patiently for service. Let me just say this. We will not be back ever. Sorry. On the Roxx. Sorry for the staff working there.All 2 Bartenders.

Sad. I felt like who owns or runs the place doesn't Care about nothing. Especially customers service.

I’m only giving this a 3 star because the bartender I first had (a really nice gentleman) my friend asked him for his favorite cocktail to make and with no hesitation he made something AND it was super good not too fruity, however after he left and the new bartender went onto shift idk her name but she has colored hair and blonde hair but she went to the couple sitting right next to me and asked if they needed anything and they said no. I assumed she was going to ask me next since I had my debt card out but she didn’t, instead she severed a group of guys that came in a chatted with them for about 5 mins. I waited most likely about 15 minutes until she even acknowledged me and then she just took my card and started a tap when I just wanted to cash out. Idk if she didn’t pay attention to me first because I was a girl but definitely not cool and I most likely will not come back when...

Came in to check out the entertainment per previous reviews...the bartender was not busy seemed to be more concerned with others rather than keeping her eye on the bar. Sat for 5 minutes before she came over only because a guy at the end of the bar wanted to buy my drink. My friend (who is the dd) ordered a coke and the bartender was irritated with that order, when she poured my alcoholic beverage she seemed even more irritated that she had to serve us at all. Your bartender (which neglected to introduce herself or I’d mention a name, but friday night) has a complete lack of respect. Lost me as a great customer and I have no problem spreading the word.
