Super Scoops Ice Cream — Restaurant in Portage

We love BAM and were excited to know the same owners opened an ice cream shop. I want to love this place and give it 5 stars but we've given this place multiple tries and won't be coming back :( it is over priced for what you receieve and while the staff is friendly they always seem so confused and can't answer questions about their products or menu items. (The times we have gone in we are only customers so staff shouldn't be overwhelmed at the time.) It makes me sad because I know what small businesses entale but unfortunately this place just isn't worth it anymore for my family and I price and value wise but I wish them well and hope...

My daughter and I have been here a few times this summer. The staff seem to be 1-3 teenagers who don’t seem to know what they’re doing. The ice cream is great! However, we attempted to go back today! Before we could get out of the car, there was a little boy with a Bam shirt on walking around the lobby. I sat to see what he would do and he proceeded to walk around touching different surfaces before going behind the counter doing the same. If this isn’t bad enough, he puts on plastic gloves with unwashed hands then uses his mouth to assist with the process. This is bad even if we weren’t in the middle...

What a lovely place with the best ice creams on a warm day! The store carries Hershey premium ice cream and the flavor shows just that! My double scoop was HUGE and the delicious graham cracker + blueberry cheesecake was so good. I loved the lil bites of cheesecake in every slurp and oh gosh I was a happy customer! There’s a variety of sundaes, ice cream cookies, sorbets and a very fun Cheerio and bubble gum ice cream where you get bits of bubble gum! So innovative and fun! We enjoyed our treat every lick and bite and totally recommend if we are back...
