Walked into Zorn Brewery around 8:12pm kitchen was closed, but we asked about the “new” kitchen at the whistle stop. One of the bartenders sitting at the zorn bar called the head chef Ricardo at the whistle stop to ask what time the kitchen closed. Ricardo told him 9pm. We left zorn and made it to the whistle stop @ 8:33pm to be told the kitchen is closed. Had Ricardo just told the guy calling on the phone they were closing, cool! Not a huge deal, annoying because we drove there just for the food. Val was the bartender. She was really nice and apologetic. Please advertise or at least tell people the truth on your closing time when they’re calling to inquire. The bar was crowded with single customers so it took forever to order and get your drink. The food was literally just microwave/toaster oven fare, not great but not bad.
