This place rocks. Not only is it clean and smells amazing everytime u walk in the door. The smell takes me back to the old days when I was little it still has the same smell. And yes you can eat inside and they even have picnic tables outside to eat at. They make amazing custom cakes like the cow one they made my daughter. But the girls there are friendly and kind. And yesterday a girl named BRITTANY went above and beyond for me. She MADE MY MOTHERS DAY!! This is the only place I can find cup cakes but I don't like the chocolate ice cream on the bottom and she is the only person who gave me the option after asking numerous times to make me a custom one right there on the spot. So we got 2 they were the most amazing things ever. She truly made my day. Then sent my mom tonight and was told they can't do that... sad face 😞 I'm waiting for her to work everytime now lol. She is a star and went above and beyond to make me what I wanted and made my mother's day. THANK YOU BRITTANY HOPE...

Last week I ordered a medium chocolate malt. It was absolutely perfect. It was rich in chocolate flavor and you tasted the malt. It was made Boston style with the DQ sticking out. I ordered the same just now. You couldn’t taste the chocolate nor the malt. It was a total disappointment. The only thing consistent is inconsistently. When you are in the food and beverage business one MUST have procedures so that every worker makes every menu item the same way day after day, week after week, month after month, or year after year. If four units of “taste” were put in the first malt than 1/4 a unit of “taste” was put in. This is ALWAYS a management problem because the workers were not trained correctly OR they are not monitored or random spot checked for quality. The classic restaurants in America never very year after year and that is why they succeed decade...

I live very close to this location and go occasionally, but I have decided I am not going here any more. Service is always slow, but on top of that, my blizzard is already melted ice cream. Whenever I go to another DQ, they tip it upside down. If this one did that it would end up on the ground instantly. They do not even have half of what DQ usually offers. I understand it is privately owned, but just frustrating. I will go to the one at Indian Boundary from now on. Worth an extra 5 minute drive.
