Omg, I will never take my family there ever again! Very rude employees. First bad thing, I place an order ,changed my mind ,I let her " ROSA" know I don't want the first items. She gives me a screeching attitude , " u didn't let me know! With her broken english . Second, she brings out sodas pretends to hand them to me then stops. Third, she made us wait and wait longer. Tried this place for first and its not like the other Carl's JR. Ordered burger and onion rings. The burger was ok and the onion rings had been sitting for a while and were just warmed up and given to me. When I took the first bite I found out they were not fresh. I went back to the cashier who took my order and didn't even once say we can make new ones for you, instead said we just took them out. I told her they don't taste as fresh and like any other place.
