McDonald's — Restaurant in Porterville

Place was nice and clean but the service was lousy, no greetings, no smiles and no apologies for taking 10 minutes to make a hamburger with just mustard and ketchup, a chicken sandwich and 2 small orders fries with no salt. When I complained about orders going out that was taken after my order the excuse I got was it takes longer for fries with no salt. I know better cause fries takes 7 minutes to cook! Will I go back there to that McDonald's on Olive I don't think so!!!!!!!! I keep trying this place, because it's close to my home, in hopes that it will improve somewhere. But it just seems to get worse every time I go there. Sad thing is that it doesn't matter what day of the week it is or what time of day it is. I HOPE that either corporate or the owners will finally see what is going on at this store. This place doesn't even deserve one star. A five year old child could do a better job at making the orders!! It doesn't matter what the order is they just can't seem to get it right. I guess the owner need to teach the management team and the crew how to read. Decided to give this place another chance. So today, 08-30-18, I went through the drive thru and it took them 12 minutes and 7 seconds from start to finish to get four drinks, one Big Mac and two large orders of fries. Looks like the more modern they are getting the slower they are!!!! Even when you let the owners know or the supervisor know what is going on nothing gets done or they don't bother to make it right. McDonald's is getting more and more black marks...

Worst service I have ever had! Rudest cashier ever and the manager was unconcerned about my complaint. The drive thru is so slow that I decided to go in, big mistake. The girl at the counter was helping a girl as I walked in, as the she stepped aside I take a step forward and get the rudest “ just a minute” ever. So I wait...and wait...and wait. This girl brings the customer part of her order and disappears again, and I wait, and wait, and wait. She finally comes back and takes my order of a large, black coffee. Rude as hell, she takes off again and we’re left waiting again! She finally decides to pour my coffee and sets it on the counter. I then tell her that this is the worst service. She proceeds to yell at me, sarcastically saying thank you and that I should buy my stuff somewhere else! I asked to talk to the manager and told her I wanted my money back, she says nothing and walks away, she comes back with a cash bag and gives me back my money and turns and walks off! She didn’t ask why or how thay could fix the problem. I will never go back to this or any other...

Pretty Disappointing... Its been years since ive been in Porterville. And coming here to this McDonald's today, i realized this place hasnt changed a bit! Its still full of employees that dont look happy to be here at all. The credit card machines are down and apparently have been for a while so they were taking cash only. The cashier was complaining about not having any change. Nickels and pennies only! Said someone forgot to do a change order. Back at the fries there were 2 employees standing there gossiping about other customers. And giving coworkers dirty looks. Like i said, this mcdonalds has never changed. 10 years ago it was just like this. They dont greet their customers. No smiles. Just rude behavior and dirty looks. Yup. If i ever go to mcdonalds it will be on the Other end of town! You would think by now something would be done about this place. Look at all the reciews....
