Such a delightful find— warm, serene, and beautifully decorated. The space is thoughtfully designed, with calming waterfall features, traditional Chinese artwork, and cozy tatami seating. Tea menu offers variety of options and several top-quality selections truly stand out. Elegant tea tables, along with the exquisite teaware and cups create a harmonious tea experience. The steamed dumplings are delicious with their special spicy sauce. Xin is kind and attentive, adding a personal touch to the visit. It’s such a relaxing place and you could easily spend hours here....

I love this tea house! I went when the sun was out and shining in. I had a big group and Xin, the owner, was able to easily accommodate us and rearranged some tables so we could sit together.

On another occasion I sat in the elevated seating with the heated floors! Such a nice and cozy surprise.

The tea menu is expansive and I learned a few new things about Chinese tea service. Also, don’t sleep on the dumplings and chili oil sauce! They’re delicious.

I’d highly recommend anyone stop by for a calm tea break...

An unexpected and potentially dangerous situation occurred due to a unhoused person while I was walking down Hawthorne Street a few days ago, and I found myself going into this tea house to escape the situation and take cover. The staff went above and beyond making me feel safe and welcome. Their kindness meant the world to me in that moment.
