I put in an order in, at about 7:52pm on my phone from home and set it for a pick up at 8:15 because I want sure how soon it would take me to birth get out of the house, it to drive to location. My assumption (which was wrong), was that this online ordering and payment process would work similarly to the way McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King's app would work... they don't start making your order until you arrive anyway. So I arrived at about 8:01pm, and tried to ask the gal behind counter if I could get my order earlier, since I misjudged the arrival time, but I had to stand there for about 7-8 minutes just to ask that question, only to find out that the answer was a "no" anyway. Okay, fine. That's in me then, because I showed up to early. By 8:25 I saw everyone else come and go while I waited and my order finally was "ready"... or not... She took this time to tell me, that one of the items in my order was "out" (apparently they were out of "slider buns" not to mention curly fries, and cheesesteak sandwiches too.) But could she have asked me while my order was being made instead of 19 minutes after I was supposed to have already picked it up? Then I had to wait another 7-8 minutes to get the sandwich because they had yet to cook the chicken!? Finally, at 8:36 or so, I finally got my hot chicken non-slider sandwich, to go with my cold chicken nuggets and 4 cold roast beef sandwiches. Done!? No, I wasn't. She asked me if I had my fries, which were to go with the boneless chicken wings, and informed me, that the little box at the bottom of my now, cold, food bag would only hold the chicken but NOT the fries, so I waited even LONGER, for my fries. When I FINALLY LEFT, I got home 4 minutes later and my boyfriend was wondering where I'd been. I had hot fries and cold food (except the chicken sandwich, which I ended up eating in the dining area while I waited for the fries.) By the time I opened the sack, I found it that the only part of the order that was originally correctly served up (the roast beef sandwiches), did NOT have the onions and jalapenos that were supposed to have been added on.
The whole sad part of this trip was that this was my first trip to this location and I was warned, ahead of time by two different people, that this location was infamously slow, and that I would be "waiting forever" in the drive through, so I thought maybe going inside would not be so bad.
The gentleman at the counter on my way out, told me, "thank you for your patience" and all I could think of, was, "tell that to the guy whose sitting at home, who told me an hour ago before I left the house that he was "starving", and I was the one with the bright idea to go to 'fast food'.
I'm not sure I'll ever go to this location again. I'll just go to Gresham or drive further up to the Halsey location.

Read moreFood was meh. Service was friendly if unhelpful. Speed of order terrific - just one huge problem. The one thing Hubby had wanted wasn't on the menu.
It isn't like they didn't have it. It just wasn't on the menu.
After he ordered something else - I asked why. He said it was because the item wasn't listed on the menu, even though it was very much on the website.
I went up and questioned the availability of the item - an entree salad. The sales clerk screwed up their face and, after searching the PoS told me both entree salads were available - but she agreed neither of them was on the menu.
I told her they had lost a sale - and frankly my return business - because of this.
My meal was terrible. I got the Special of the time - two Gyros for $6. I got the Classic Gyros.
One was mostly watery lettuce, a couple of slices of tomato and (because of the lettuce) watery and tasteless meat.
No sauce outside what appreared to be Italian salad dressing. The pita was weird - with rock hard spots as well as softer areas.
Stale, in other words.
The second one had the sauce, but again suffered with wet lettuce, a stale pita, and bland - tasteless meat.
Even the sodas were odd and lacked crisp flavors.
Very dissatisfied.
I do not...
