On Wednesday, June 1st, I suppose their names were Liz, Megan, or Emily. The two big girls. They were backing each other up in an argument with me about the serving size of the sides. I only asked for a little more as I usually do to share with my 3 little siblings, and this girl tried to shut me up saying she could bring the manager. Was I being a problem? I was in shock/in awe, while the other workers remained silent, while these girls were so rude to their customers. Neither would I nor my own coworkers ever argue with a customer over such small matters, what was the point anyway? Totally unprofessional. This isn’t a school fight, ok? It was something I’ve never seen nor experienced at any store or restaurant. I basically had no say in anything! It was an accept it or leave situation. I ended up having a plate that was half smaller than the plates I’ve gotten from other panda locations. I’d be surprised if the manager of that place doesn’t read these complaints, if nothing get changed around here, might as well close the place down. I’ve read all the negative reviews and I can confirm the ones about those girls do prove my point. The place looks nice but the attitudes of some of their employees totally brings the entire place down. The food quality… it was fine that day, I guess. Shoutout to the cashier Thinh L and the smaller girl, they awesome employees! Very warm and polite, the complete opposite of those girls. (P.s. I’m sure a lot of the customers served by them, including me, want them fired. It really brings shame to this...

I should have taken a picture but there is a white female with a thin build where is her hair in a ball and she has extremely long fake fingernails that are painted and bedazzled with a bunch of decorations. I watch this female walk away from the register wearing blue gloves that were all torn up and had look like they have been used for over an hour or so. Her fingernails were poking through both gloves on both hands. Her left hand the pinky was sticking out it was a pink or magenta fingernail painted, in her right hand there were four finger nails sticking out of these torn up gloves that were painted a bunch of different colors on different fingers I think I saw black on one finger pink on another finger with a bunch of bee Dazzlings on it maybe yellow? My point is when you're working in a kitchen around food you should not be wearing fingernail polish number one add number to your fingernail should be cut short. There's a lot of Filth underneath fingernails especially when females use the restroom I would hate to imagine what this female does when we are not looking. I had to leave and I will no longer be eating at the Panda Express at mall 205. I'm tired of seeing filthy nastiness in kitchen areas around food and the employees say absolutely nothing and neither does the customers. Also I tried to call the phone number on the website for the Panda Express at mall 205. And immediately there is an answering machine that states that they are not taking calls...

Saturday, August 17 - I've never experienced anything more chaotic than this Panda Express location.Although I come here often as its closer to my work, they never seize to disappoint me for either being rude, making me wait/not prioritizing customers first, or giving small portion sizes. It was still pretty early and they weren't busy at all, but still they made me wait while they busily chatted amongst themselves. The male cook and the girl who was cleaning were focused and doing amazing, but the rest were huddled together as if they came to work just to talk and hang out, not to mention they were so LOUD. Why do I always run in to them? I got my meal and sat down, but I could barely enjoy my food because they talked loud and nonstop. NOISE COMPLAINT! Didn't mean to eavesdrop, but if you don't like working so much, just don't work at all. All the customers will really appreciate a break from all the complaining and yapping. Just look at the looks on the customers faces. Wouldn't anyone agree that they're loud and annoying, the three girls Aku, Abby, and the one with a bunch of pins on her hat? No other locations are like this. I'd hate to come back, but it's just convenient. Though the restaurant looks nice, the staff here ruins it all. So unprofessional. I'll just get Chipotle next time.

PS. My relatives overhead that this location discovered mold. I'm telling y'all, whatever y'all talk about, we customers...

Not all Panda Express's are the same. The menu and the recipes from location to location will be the same. But the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the physical facility can vary a lot This one is a nice one. This store is very bright and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food all looked very fresh on the steam tables. We came to yet enough Food for 4 people. We got a total of 7 different items plus Brown rice. Five of these items were small entree cartons , ala carte. Two were medium size. All those items plus 1 small fountain drink came to $38.10. We took it back to my brother's apartment and had dinner. I'm happy to report that it was plenty of food for the 4 of us, wth some left over. Our favorites were the string beans with chicken breast, broccoli beef, and the mushroom chicken. The one loserItem was the one that has been heavily advertised on TV, the Szechuan Chicken appetizer. It was too dry and the flavor was not very complex nor interesting. Obviously, this is not fine dining. The food is just OK. But when you consider the speed, the convenience, the price and the variety, it's not a bad experience. Jim

I just had the worst service experience ever from this place usually they are really fast and efficient with the food but today was terrible first at all when I got there and I saw the chow main all broke in little pieces and not cooked by some parts made me decide for the fried rice witch weren’t cooked either then I choose my entrees just to have the cashier to wait 5 minutes which ended up being 25 minutes that I would mind to wait if they are making my food fresh but oh surprise I open my plate and look at this piece of teriyaki or should I call it burntiyaki?

I live right around the corner from here and it's very convenient but the food is increasingly getting worse the last time I ordered my fried wontons were practically burnt and the food was not warm the order tonight I was supposed to have three items and there was only two and the food was so cold that I think it came out of a refrigerator. it seems like they're saving the stale food to send with the pickup orders. I mean I think I'm going to have to start going somewhere else even though it's farther away.
