Brand new business that has so much promise, but isn’t quite there yet.

First, everyone in our party commented on how absolutely perfect the milk was steamed. Like, training video perfect. Second, the staff was LOVELY. Two of us ordered the Harvest Syrup which was AMAZING. So a lot to like, but still with AMAZING options nearby, it’s not gonna end up first choice…. Yet.

And onto the suggestions if they wanna grow: -The mocha tasted kinda like Swiss Miss. A better chocolate would be nice. -The decor felt like parts of it were designed to be goth/metal/dark and there were BLANK WHITE walls. Would love to see them finish this place with either the walls matching the look, or becoming one of the places with rotating art exhibitions, this is the Alberta Arts district after all…. -THE PRICES, were a little high to start, and then they still had the gall to charge $1 extra for alternative milks. I’ve gone other places that charge this much and other milks are usually free. And the only places I’ve been that charge $1 instead of 50 or 75 cents for alternative milks, usually they are house made. They brought their farmers market pricing to a neighborhood shop.

If they make it six months, we will probably all come back to see if it evolves into a great shop as they settle into...

Autumn Coffee Roasting has been an absolute highlight on my trip to Oregon! The coffee here is incredible thanks to the owner, Andrew, who is incredibly passionate about his craft. I’ve been ordering an iced quad latte with their house-made Harvester syrup every day since I’ve been here. It’s truly one of the best lattes I’ve had. You can taste the quality and care that goes into these drinks.
