Bellagios Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

Gave them a chance 5 years later after being grossed out by a driver walking in and immediately hand making a salad without washing his hands. I should've went with my gut. The food here has an ok taste but they must be having a hard time staying in business what with how stingy they are with toppings. It's like chucky cheese pizza, nothing special at all, just enough to be called pizza. Definitely not for pizza lovers but you would expect it to be for how much it costs. Lots of bread I mean you can see it through the cheese man. The grinders don't taste bad but they are missing a lot of meat if you want to call them grinders. A lot. This is also exactly the kind of place that will mess up your order one way or another every time. Always something missing. I will say the sauce is good. You can ask for extra sauce but you won't get it so don't. Paying this much for pizza is just not worth all the many drawbacks. The owner must have lots of toys to pay for because they're completely screwing their customers in price for what you get. Quoting over an hour for delivery when I live less than 3 blocks away gave me hesitation, but I figured that would be an 'at the maximum' kind of estimation. It was not. I placed my order at 5:20pm. Around 6:50, I decided to call them. I was told it would be at least another 15min. I asked to cancel my order. I was meet with am incredulous tone, really you can't wait 15 more minutes. No. I cannot. You've already lost my business and any right to my money. I went and got food up the street and was back home in about 10 minutes. It literally takes less than two minutes to drive to your location from my house. Here I was, working on my own tasks and thinking getting delivery was a good idea... It's not. Not if you actually want your food to show up in anything resembling a reasonable timeframe. I won't be making the same mistake in the future. One start cause the owner and corporation are horrible people. I had work for that company for 6 years. In my time working there we had to indure 12 hours shifts with one hour break. I was very atatch to the location and over all we had a great team, achive all our goals (labor, food cost, sales goals, cleanest) I was promised bonuses an never really got them. When we finlaly got some of them the district manager/co owner slash the bonus on half. In my years working there I knew I had transitioned from a man to a trans women. I was not allow to use my prefer name and constantly reminded that I was not able to. They ended firing me because I took a call and told the lady she was out of the Barbur location and she was on the Down Town location.
