Ok let me start off by saying that my experiences at this location are not, how shall I put this "consistent". I did give three stars on account of the fact my positive experiences at this location were actually quite "stellar" all things considered. Previously in my recent ventures here. They had been "severely" short handed with only one awesome lady literally doing it all. She had amazing customer service skills (despite being short handed) and having a great attitude. During this visit she displayed excellent organization and time management. You wouldn't even know that there was only one employee, as she "handled" it like an all star. However another experience I had more recently is one of those that makes you not want to return. Bought two sandwiches, one of them being a meatball sub. Unfortunately these meatballs were more of a semblance to cardboard. They were rock hard and drier than any I have ever had. Here's the kicker to it all. When I called them only to inform them of the sad sandwich and condition of meatballs I had just paid for. The lady who answered the phone was extremely short with me immediately and when I started to explain my issue. She cut me off to tell me that they were just cooked fresh half hour ago and should be good. I further iterated they were not and she again cut me off saying "ok ok thx for letting us know and hung up on me. I felt as if I was being treated as a liar and was making it up. I may not return at this point as I don't like being made to felt this way, and I'm sure as the sky is blue do not want a "meatball" sub of that caliber...
Read moreI think they were short handed during the lunch rush. Only one woman at sandwich counter. I wish she had made me aware that you could add a soda and bag of chips for a set price instead of charging me for each separately. I also felt that the Christian music playing was out of place for a subway. The woman was pleasant and the sandwich was good. The store was clean. It just took 3 songs about God to get my food. And that's 3 songs about God too many! I think it's out of the ordinary to basically force the hungry public to to listen to christian music while waiting. It's akin to being forced to listen to talk radio or rush limbaugh.. All that said my sandwich was good 👍.. And the employees at subway should tell the customers it's a fixed price to add chips and a drink (or a cookie and drink).. I feel I was over-charged.. but live and learn right? And I learned that Jesus enjoys music that I dont.. my inner sinner left with questions I hadn't asked before. Like peperoni isn't for Jesus (pork products and Jewish eating)....
Read moreThe manager Teresa is a horrible person at practicing manners and patience. I used to work for this location back in 2017 during high school. She was by far the worst manager I've ever been employed with in my experiences with jobs, and gave me terrible memories at this job by pushing me to complete tasks I wasn't ready for just yet. 2nd day She grabbed both my hands and told me to "use both hands, go quicker, faster is best" Felt bad for that customers sandwich first how sloppy I was forced to make it. I quite 1 WEEK later. This subway has the highest turnover rate in the area, and her reputation is trashed. She yells at customers and her staff. She may just genuinely hate Americans. I will never forget her for all the WRONG reasons. Please choose any other subway. The terrible human interaction makes me suggest ANY OTHER!! Hope you go bankrupt Teresa. Treat your customers and...
