I ordered from the kiosk, which severely limited customization options but was otherwise okay. It wasn't until after I ordered that I noticed that a single employee was expected to handle everything at this location. Despite his heroic efforts, he was way behind on orders, and when it finally came time to make my order, he informed me he was out of 2 of my items (out of 3). To his credit, he offered to make me whatever he had for no extra charge, but that really wasn't a good deal for me. Five stars for this guy, who stayed positive in a work environment that borders on abusive.
When I asked for a refund he called his supervisor, who eventually showed up but had to call a second supervisor in order to work the system. In the end my order was supposedly voided, but I'll just have to wait and check my credit card later to be sure.
Everyone kept their cool and was friendly, which earns a second star in such a poorly run business. But in the end I lost half an hour and gained only an extra chore. My visit was significantly worse for having tried to order food here.

The orders ahead of mine were wrong but the 2 girls working didnāt seem to have a clue what was going on. After realizing we werenāt going to get our food anytime soon and knowing we had 10 minutes till boarding, I requested a refund. One of the girls had to call a manager, whom I suppose was on break. While the manager attempted my refund, the 2 girls and one gentleman argued about who was the problem. At the counter, arguing! Mind you, no one was making food! 15 - 20 customers were all just standing by asking what the hell was happening. And during this, one of the only 3 behind the counter said she was going on break!!! After calling "hello" several times with no reply, I walked back to my wife who pointed out two girls in B. King wear sitting in the dining area eating food just behind were I was standing while at the counter. My wife said both girls saw me but said nothing. I went back to ask if Burger King was open and they said they were closed. Checked store hours on Google and it showed it was open until 10:00 pm. Hope this gets through to someone who cares. It clearly would be in B.K. best intreste to find new staff. Big black eye for B.K....
