On top of lukewarm food, forgetting half my order multiple times, and never wearing gloves, they close at 10 pm even though the website states 12 am. My friend and I made an online order at 10:15 pm and drove up to a dark restaurant. We pulled up to the drive through window and a worker that was very eager to go home told us “sorry, we’re closed” and that we’d be refunded for our online order. He then shut the window and walked away without giving us a chance to say anything. I decided not to argue. My order was never refunded and I had to call the company.
Tonight was the third time I’ve drove up to a dark restaurant at 10 pm. I shouldn’t have given them so many chances, but DQ closes early and I work late. I know that when you’re paid like garbage, it’s hard to put in effort. However, a line has to be drawn. Employees shutting the place down 2 hours before closing time is unacceptable. Employees treating customers like trash is unacceptable. Not wearing gloves and wearing masks under your chins during a pandemic is beyond disgusting.
I don’t know how this place stays in business. I pray everyday that I’ll drive by and see it being torn down and replaced with...
Read moreDon't expect courtesy from patrons. When I was completing my order and getting my soda, this guy popped up from his seat for more soda and stood so close that I could barely move. Another patron did the same thing to my wife. She actually forgot napkins because she felt pushed out of the way. The guy that caused me difficulty had popped up and down three times for soda before we were even both seated. Counter service wasn't bad, but it was completely unremarkable. The building is in an awkward position if you're traveling 66 east. You can't turn left to get out, and if you're coming from Middetown, you'll find yourself traveling back the way you came and will have to figure out how to turn around. It's awkward. There is no place to park once you get through the drive through. If you really need to eat but don't want to get out of your car, the only place you can go is the Walgreens lot, which is also very small and crowded. People who actually want to go to Walgreens will stare at you resentfully, and who...
Read moreWhoever the young woman in the blond hair was who took my order today was very rude and seemed almost incompetent.
Ordered the 5 dollar “your way” wopper meal where I had to repeat my order 3 times before she understood what I was ordering. (Clearly she was still new to the English language so communication between us remained messy) but the customer service was my issue.
She didn’t give me a receipt so I had to get it myself. Finally she came up to the counter with a bag (which appeared to be my order) I was also the only one in the restaurant at the time.
I then asked for honey mustard where she basically just tossed it and the bag at me.
Took the bag outside where she then ran up to the van where I was yelling at us that it wasn’t my order. She then rudely yanked it out of my hand and ran inside. Another employee came out with my order and apologized. No honey mustard In bag of course as it was in the bag she yanked out of my hand.
Don’t recommend...
