As soon as I took my first sip I knew I found my first go-to coffee spot here in pdx. I moved here for work and drink a lot of coffee, so there have been many options to choose from in the city! Many places choose to sell a darker and milder flavored roast espresso so it goes well with many different syrups and drinks. However, I prefer espresso that is either/both lighter and bright or flavorful, which definitely can hard to both pull & find!
