Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Portland

This place was empty with 1 customer sitting down eating,when me and my friend went in to order our food. First off walking in the door with the soda area to the right of us going towards the counter and their was a massive amount of liquid all over the floor like someone had spilled water or sprite in a big amount on the floor. Had I not noticed it when we almost walked up to that area,we would've slipped and got hurt. There was only two employees working that me and my friend could see and when we walked up to order our food all the foods condiments and things that go into a burrito bowl was horrible looking on the counters nothing wiped down a lot of the things are empty like the cheese the clock and the queso and she was digging all into the bottom of it. And she was scraping the sides just to get our condiments out as well as none of the stuff taste it fresh not the side of tortilla that we got not the side of guacamole not even the lettuce and not even the food taste it good it was absolutely horrible tasting. And we thought this location would be a lot better since when we had ordered it from the location by Mall 205 it had bad reviews but that food was absolutely everything was fresh and great tasting and it's still not like Clackamas Town Center location because that one's the best as far as cleanliness inside the restaurant and countertops being quick clean and also there's garbage and your guys's parking lot it was horrible looking in that area. I absolutely don't know how this Chipotle's could even pass a food health...

Charges a dollar more for meals compared to every other chipotle in Portland. When asked why, the first response was “inflation”. Then she said, “we’re cleaner”. They aren’t cleaner, there were food scraps on every table at which I looked to sit. The store set up naturally leads you to cue at the register instead of the burrito iron. Some customers naturally lined up at the register and a guy in kitchen yelled in an impatient tone, “LINE FORMS AT THE OTHER END PLEASE!” They were training a new girl when I went and she was so slow. She’ll learn, but training shouldn’t interfere w customer expectation. And customer expectation definitely does not include being charged a dollar more for all this.
