Perfect Cup Espresso — Restaurant in Portland

I thought this was a pretty nice place and not being familiar with the area, being introduced to other places to experience, we forgot about them unfortunately. However, I was honest about it with the lady who steps it to take your order, who happened to remember me because of my mask. Kudos for that, it's what would normally bring us back BUT when I told her we been bad and going to Starbucks, AND APOLOGIZED because I did genuinely feel bad.. she told me I was rude, walked away and wouldn't acknowledge us after that. I've been back once since then but honestly, if that's how she's going to act, there's how many other coffee shops in Portland? I'm willing to drive farther and pay more for good customer service but I'll also not be attacked or shamed for being honest. I guess we won't return. Sad she had to throw a fit and call a paying customer rude, completely unprofessional. And uncalled for. I mean after all, I could have said nothing and just been a regular through the line. The Best Coffee Shop in all of Portland, hands down! The blended frappe that I had was better than any frappe I've had from Dutch Bro's. Out of this world coffee that is amazingly delicious.....the coffee drinks are thick, sweet, & more perfect than what you were even hoping for. You don't have to worry about watered down drinks, or drinks that are not sweet enough, not enough flavor, or not hot/cold enough....the lady that works here is awesome with a happy attitude, nothing but smiles & listens to what kind of drink u want....u can tell that when making the drinks ...she really puts in a all around effort to make it just the way you want it.

5/5 for me, if I could I would give her 10! Definitely well worth what you pay for, guaranteed you'll be satisfied & coming back for...

Love this place there fast and efficient and can do multiple orders at a time and the dogs love there treats they get every time . I remember when it was in the parking lot of a Albertsons store I usto to go there when I worked near bye and was so bummed when I drove Bye one day and It was Gone and one day my brother in law Brought us all coffee mine was the white mocha kicker the same exact one It’s got Chocolate covered coffee Beans in it and I asked what It was and we’re he got it i was stocked that they just Moved there location .
