First tip sign is so obnoxious I am shocked at myself that I didn't drive away. Ordered two shakes, strawberry and pineapple, got vanilla and pinkish vanilla. If you can't afford to add flavor maybe charge another 50 cents or just have vanilla on the menu. Employees acted like they were middle aged homeless society drop outs that had given up on life. Very sad since they probably average 20 yrs of age. It gets better, we take our vanilla shakes to the park and pass a girl looking like she was having car trouble so we went to see what up. Got within earshot just in time to hear Asian lady from house right behind the restaurant yelling at the poor girl. Apparently she had tun out of gas. The lady was yelling "you block my driveway 6 inch you leave now I calling 911. I own dairy Queen you leave now!" I was in complete shock. The poor girl was in tears trying to say she had someone bring her gas and the crazy hysterical lady kept screaming " I own dair queen I call 911, I don't care i own dairy Queen you push car!" My boyfriend helped her pus over a few feet so she wasn't blocking 6 inches of drive way and the lady started yelling at him. Lucky for her he was having a good day. This lady should not be allowed to have any business in a neighborhood if she cares so little about her neighbors. DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR BUSINESS. Great American video has killer shakes. Oh and by the way, the driveway being barely compromised was an unused driveway that would take you into back yard if there wasn't a...
Read moreThis is the worst restaurant I have ever been in. Not even the worst dairy queen ever, just worse in everything. First off, I was there to pick up an Uber order and was sitting in the lobby waiting after being told 3 times that they were going to make my pick-up order. I watched the older gentleman print the ticket and write down on their sign in sheet for my pick-up order. In the midst of my wait, I saw several other pick-up orders leaving before mine. I kept waiting and waiting for my order. I'm still waiting because I kept being told my order was going to be made... after more waiting, I was told that my order was picked up already and that the order was handed off. Nobody signed off on my pick-up order, but they insisted it was already made and picked up... This made me lose out on earned money as I sat there for no reason at all. I really just hope the customer did get their order, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't. During my wait, I witnessed 2 employees use the bathroom and come back to handle food without washing their hands when they returned. I don't understand how there can be 4 people working, and they are so disorganized and so slow that they can't even get orders out. Or get them out properly. The lobby was horrid to sit in and wait. Tables, everything was nasty. I wouldn't eat there, and I'm definitely not going to pick up from this location again. I wouldn't want to support feeding my customers nasty food handled by...
Read morePartner and I ordered ice cream inside (large berry blizzard and medium sundae with nuts) He got his blizzard quick, then employee went and worked drive thru. I watched multiple other people order food and ice cream from other employees, both inside and drive thru and receive it (corn dog meals, quarts of soft serve, etc). I looked at my order, which was still on their screen, lit up in red. I then went back to the counter and politely asked a different employee to cancel the remainder of my order and for a partial refund. The employee asked over her headset who took my order. I pointed out that it was still on their screen. The drive thru employee then walked away from his station and made my order while I was waiting for cash back. It was then brought up to the counter like nothing happened, until girl issuing the refund, repeated I no longer wanted it, and put it in freezer. Restroom was also in poor cleanliness. I run a restaurant kitchen downtown. Based on confusion of orders being half way completed, similar tasked orders being fulfilled before others, and lack of attention to order screens, I place the blame on management, not the employees, for lack of training and management of...
